A truly stunning and stylish cottage located less than half a mile from Leiper's Fork Village shops and restaurants..

Recently renovated and furnished, this dreamy cottage is perfect for one to four guests. Just a short scenic thirty minute drive south of Nashville only ten miles from Downtown Franklin and less than half a mile from the quaint Leiper’s Fork village shops and restaurants, Little Leiper’s Cottage’s location can’t be beat! Pack your bags and venture off the four lane and enjoy a relaxing getaway!

The cottage includes two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The primary bedroom that features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and nice sitting area and Added bonus, you can access the second bedroom from the kitchen or from it’s own private entrance on the side of the cottage. Need to do laundry during your stay? No, problem… there’s a full size washer and dryer.

From the spa products and local coffee, to the comfortable beds and linens, it is our hope that our guests not only create memories, but ultimately leave feeling rested, renewed and inspired.

Charming home in adorable Leipers Fork! Was a great stay, very clean, personal local touches added. Loved the local coffee included! Only item worth noting for future guests is the home is right on the Main Street and traffic is heavy in the mornings. Bring a noise machine if you are a light sleeper!

The cottage is so cute! We found it to be very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable and the host, friendly and accommodating. It’s very close to Leipers Fork Village.

Felt like home!

We were on our way home from Florida and had to stop at one of our favorite towns Franklin/Leipers Fork...The cottage was very clean, cozy and the bed was very comfortable! It had everything we needed to make our stay awesome! Our 3 days wasn't long enough and we would definitely stay here again!

We just needed a spot to stop hallway home from vacation. Didn't realize this was in such a fun area. Restaurants, live music, galleries about half mile down. Too bad we couldn't stay longer.Loved the decor here. As others noted, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Couldn't tell from the pics, but the shower is a large walkin with a curtain. Super clean and had everything we needed.
