Magnificent new Vila with private swimming pool 20 minutes from the beaches:<br>Canet plage, Saint-cyprien, Barcarès plage<br><br>The villa is fully air-conditioned by ducted air zone and offers a very high quality comfort<br><br>Located in a residential area 5 minutes from Perpignan downtown and the train station <br><br>The villa offers an outdoor area with terrace, private POOL and deckchairs<br><br>There are 3 bedrooms:<br><br>A master bedroom with 160/200 bed, dressing room and shower room <br><br>Two further double bedrooms with 140/190 cm bed and dressing room<br><br>A large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a double sink <br><br>Very modern fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge <br>Also a beautiful central island with 4 seats <br><br>The living room is extremely bright due to its orientation to the sun <br>Living room with large TV and wifi available <br><br>Dining room with large table for 6 people<br><br><br>For parking it is possible to park 2 cars in front of the house<br>There are also several other parking spaces right next to it<br><br>Cleaning is mandatory 120€<br><br>Bed linen and towels are optional for 80 euros
