We also understand the inconvenience of having to walk a bit to drop off the trash and recycling, but as you mentioned, that's how the town operates. Fantastic position but needs a bit of TLC particularly outside areas, broken fences weedy terrace very shaky handrail at stairs just lets the place down a bit!
