Close to all sites and amenities (5 minutes walk from the bus and train station), making it easy to plan your visit. Mini-market, shops, restaurants, and the best bakery in Chamonix are at the bottom of the building. Equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, 2 small balconies, a washer/dryer combo, and a microwave/oven combo.

The accommodation has been completely renovated, perfect for accommodating 4 or 6 travelers. The fully equipped kitchen and its cozy style make it pleasant and practical. The 2 bathrooms have also been redone. The apartment has double glazing, so you won't hear any noise even though the apartment is centrally located on the pedestrian street.

There is no parking space with the accommodation, but there are parking lots fairly close to the pedestrian street: Parking de L'Outa, Parking St.Michel, and Parking Mont Blanc.

A deposit of €300 is required upon arrival, payable in cash or by check. The apartment will be inspected upon arrival and departure. The deposit will be returned upon departure if everything is in order in the apartment.

A deposit of 500 Euro is required on arrival, in cash or by check. A tour of the apartment is made on entry and exit. The deposit is returned on departure if everything is in order in the apartment.
