This beautiful vacation condominium is in the Pelican Beach Resort, part of the private Resorts of Pelican Beach condominium complex. The condominium has a private balcony shared by the living room and master bedroom offering a direct gulf-view towards the beach and emerald green waters and long views to the East along the shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico - perfect for enjoying our picturesque sunrises.

This is where you want to stay in Destin if you want to be directly on the beach and would like the option to walk to good restaurants, attractions and entertainment to be found in the Central Destin area.

This Two-Bedroom/Two Bath condominium offers 955 sf. ft. of interior space with a 152 sq. ft. of balcony space. The condominium sleeps a maximum of 6 people and offers one of the area's most unique gulf views of the Destin beaches.

It offers a master bedroom with plush King bed, en-suite bath, cable television and private balcony. The guest bedroom has 1 Queen bed.

As with all our vacation homes, the kitchens are equipped with full-sized range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and blender. This condominium is fully-stocked with linens and towels and is fully appointed with all the basics and some of the extras not normally found in vacation rentals.

To allow for optional sleeping arrangements, the living room features a pull-out Queen sofa bed.
This is "streaming-friendly" condominium offering a new level (100 Mbps) of high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access … perfect for the entire family!

The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Everything was as described. They were working on the parking lot and we sometimes had to walk to the gate for our uber but other than that everything was great! Would stay there again

We enjoyed our stay! I had messaged the host asking to add additional nights to our stay and they were extremely helpful and even got us a lower price than expected. We have no complaints. The only “negative” is that the beach chairs weren’t the best and I recommend bringing your own.

We had a great time for the short time we were able to stay, Hurricane Isaias had other plans and we were forced to evacuate. The property was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay. The beach is so beautiful.We had one minor issue while there with a tub draining slow but property management had it taken care of within an hour while we were at dinner.My only suggestion would be to update outlets in bedroom, there are not enough and our bricks kept falling out of the wall. Add more regular size coffee cups - the tiny ones are cute but not effective for 4 adult coffee drinkers :) I also bought and left a broom and dust pan due to the amount of sand we tracked into the unit despite our best efforts. There was a vacuum in the closet but i prefer to sweep up the sand.Other than those few minor things we had a wonderful time, restaurants nearby offer amazing dining options, the restaurant on site is GREAT for breakfast or lunch, tiki bar offers delicious drinks - can be delivered to your beach chair! Rent the beach chairs and pay for front row, it’s worth it. Also we received very fast refund for the days lost due to hurricane, I’m reading horror stories of other properties or owners not giving refunds, that is certainly not our experience. Everything has been great!!
