Our host was friendly and quick to respond. Beautiful view from the balcony and it was right on the beach. We ate outside frequently on balcony on the great high top table. The space was perfect for our escape from NE Ohio snow. It was a cosy and welcoming condo. The king sized bed was comfortable. We did not use the Murphy bed or bunks. The beach chairs were great. The washer and dryer made it possible for us to pack light. We knew there were renovations happening when we were going to be there, as disclosed in the description, but it didn’t interfere with our stay. The employees were kind and helpful as were the people doing the work. Close to a Walmart and Target so we could buy groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is great. Very clean and well maintained. The building itself is under renovations and many parts of it are worn down.

Major construction underway. Noise all day. Balcony view was great but hard to get there for all the stuff stored there. Balcony slider glass door lock inoperative. Balcony window curtains are segmented in three pieces and don’t cover the opening. Crown molding had fallen off. Paper thin bedding. Walking on rough concrete from the elevator to the room. Debris in the elevator from construction. Glad I wasn’t paying seasonal rate…

We have always wanted to retire in Destin, as this was the place we came to go fishing. We have stayed here quite a few times and just love the area. The Emerald Green Waters of the Destin beaches was the selling point for us. The beaches around Destin are all covered with the Sugary white sand that makes it so easy to remember why we chose this place. It has some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world, they are just breathtaking.

We chose this property for the location. It is directly on the beach with a great view of The Gulf. This unit is located in the heart of Destin. Big Kahunas, The Track, lots of shopping, and plenty of restaurants are minutes away. This is a wonderful vacation spot that you will want to return to year after year.
