Perfect stay! Easy check in as well. I booked this spot for me and my girlfriends to get ready for our friends engagement party and it was perfect, good lighting, open space to do our hair and make up too

Nice, clean home. Took a little extra effort for registration due to formalities with the property management company but can't fault BNR Vacation Rentals. Nice folks and easy to work with. Would stay again.

This house is comfortable for our family. We've stayed here twice and love the backyard and proximity to Coral Gables. Its central location allows you to explore so many Miami treasures. We'd definitely return.

This was a great centrally located house in Coral Terrace. It was very clean and the host answered all our questions promptly. We would definitely consider staying again should the need arise. AC unit a tad loud but we got used to it.

While the listing did match the house in reality, the poor communication with the host left us disappointed. After messaging with the host and the host being aware that we needed to get into the property as soon as possible, check-in time came and went without check-in instructions with access to the property. We were sitting in Miami awaiting the instructions. We messaged the host through VRBO with no response, called the number in the listing with no answer or call back. After 30 minutes, we contacted VRBO customer support who were able to get in touch with the host and we only then received the check-in instructions. The property itself was sufficient for our family of 6 with the 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed, the kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the laundry room, but honestly would not rent again due to the communication issues.
