Drive 10 minutes to the Wellfleet Center and Harbor to get an authentic Cape Cod experience with its many galleries, restaurants, and boutique shops. Take a 5-minute drive to Marconi Beach or visit one of the nearby art galleries. Return home to enjoy dinner al fresco and tell stories around the firepit.

Experience sun-dappled afternoons in the enormous yard which boasts sculptures, marshes, a garden, and ample lounge chairs. This home is the perfect spot for social distancing and is ideal for a romantic getaway or for retirees. Spend evenings chatting by the glow of the gas fireplace in the sitting room. Surrounded by original art and upscale furnishings, cuddle up on the plush sofa and chairs to enjoy quality time with your party. Greet the day in the sunroom, with a table for four, a full-size futon, ample seating, and a coffee table. On the lower level, a second living room includes a 48” TV and a comfy sofa.

Prepare your favorite meals in the modern kitchen, fully stocked with all the gadgets you need. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person dinner table. The inviting primary bedroom offers a peaceful and airy ambiance with ample natural light and high-beam ceilings. Kick back on the queen bed and watch a movie on the 32” TV equipped with Roku or enjoy morning coffee on the private sundeck. Refresh in the en-suite primary bedroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a comfy queen-size bed and a wall of classic books. A futon in the sunroom provides flexibility in sleeping arrangements. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the sitting room.

Guests will adore the sundeck just off the master bedroom with commanding views of the ever-changing marsh landscape. Enjoy the table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for breakfast and cocktail hours. The home also has a private and pleasant outdoor shower with a view and soft night lighting.

This home is attached via a breezeway to another home which may be occupied at times by the owner.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
