To our new guests: We just purchased this beautiful home in August 2021. After investing another $50K for new paint, mattresses, furniture, linens, decor and other amenities we listed our Beach House on the Vacation Home Rental Platforms in late September. With this being a new listing, we don't yet have many reviews which we know can cause guests to hesitate from reserving the home.

We have been in the vacation home rental business for 5 years since my wife and I retired from our careers in the Aerospace Defense Industry. We have 3 homes in Florida and we are in the process of purchasing a 4th in the Kissimmee, Florida Area.
