Enjoy the spectacular views from all four Lanai (Three with Ocean Views). Located on the Windward side of Oahu, this large 2 floor 2000 sq. ft. penthouse condominium offers everything you need for a memorable holiday.

Enjoy a cool drink and relax watching the waves massage the shore and spot an occasional migrating whale on the horizon from the ocean-side lanais. Enjoy the fantastic views from every room. The 8th and 9th floor Penthouse has an open floor plan with spacious living area connecting the dining and kitchen areas. There are two second-floor bedrooms with ocean view lanai, both with full bathrooms.

This location is great for children with a unique, reef-protected, beach area. Condo has a small collection of snorkel equipment and boogie board for your use.

Enjoy the two, championship, golf courses at the nearby Turtle Bay Resort or a day at the Polynesian Cultural Center. You can even catch a 'big wave' at the nearby Sunset Beach. It is just a short drive to Kualoa Ranch for horseback riding and water activities.

Great family vacation

We had a great family vacation. The property had all the beach amenities we needed from boogie boards to beach towels. The beds were very comfy with a great bed layout for our family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped and great to cook in. The unit had four balconies with amazing ocean and mountain views.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Right on the beach, views from both bedrooms, and close to the Polynesian Cultural Center. This was the perfect spot for our needs.

Great location and place to stay

When you first get there and go out on the patio that is on the mountain side you are greeted by the smell that other reviews speak of, but once inside and on the ocean side of the building, the smell is gone. Great thing about this rental is that the reserved parking spots are right next to the elevator for easy unloading and loading. The downstairs is very spacious and the kitchen has just about everything that you could think of that you would need to make any type of meal that you wanted. It was also very nice quality and quantity. The stairway to the upstairs is much wider than it looks in the pictures, my 75 year old mother was able to manage them with no problem. The bedrooms and baths are also very spacious.The bedding and towels could be upgraded. The only problem that we encountered was that the master bath sink was draining very slowly and you could see the hair buildup around the drain without even taking the top off. Paul leaves things that were left by others for you to use. So there were plenty of snorkeling and body boarding equipment there to use. We had bought some before we got there, but returned them since we used the stuff there. Our deposit was given back to us as we were checking out, in cash so we didn't have to wait for a check in the mail when we got home. There are stores and places to get meals within easy distance (5 minute drive), but if you are looking for 5 star AAA ratings, you are out of luck. We should have stayed here the whole time we were on the island, not just during our family reunion. I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Oahu.

Great place, everything you need!

We stayed at Pat's in the penthouse condo! When we arrived we called Paul and he met us with keys, parking passes, and even found us a cart to carry up our groceries.

We were excited from photos of the view, but the photos don't do the actual view justice. Quiet private beaches with chairs to enjoy the scenery. The beach and pool are just a short elevator ride away! The condo itself had everything we needed for our family. (Teens 18 and 13 included)

We had stopped at Costco for basic food items to get us through for breakfast and a few lunches. We were so busy touring the island that we left a lot behind. But Costco is a good option to keep food cost down. Especially breakfast!

I was a little worried about not having air conditioning in the unit. But the wonderful and relaxing crosswinds kept us cool even on the hot and humid days. At night we had to close some of the patio doors so it wasn't too cool. Imagine waking up to a beautiful sunrise and the ocean breeze. I was in heaven! The only downside was if you hung your swimsuits in the bathrooms or closets to dry, they were still damp. We just used the dryer in the unit when that happened.

The unit has boogie boards (we used on several beaches all over the island) and some basic snorkel masks (great for self guided snorkeling. We loved Shark's cove most), we even left behind a few beach chairs that we bought to use where we went to watch fireworks and an air show.

Some of the island's attraction are a drive to get to. But coming home at night to the country was a beautiful relaxing drive. Leave plenty of travel time since most of the speed limits are 30-35 mph. Even on the "highway". But no one is in a hurry in Hawaii! You're on vacation!!!

There are a couple of grocery stores close by. Tamura's was a small local "discount" grocery store. And just a few blocks further was a Food Land chain. In the Food Labd shopping center there are several quick food options. We recommend Seven Brothers Burgers, L&L BBQ and Angel's Shave Ice and ice cream. There are also some fast food options here (subway, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell)

Paul arrived to see us off on departure day. Of course I was prepared to clean up and take everything out with us and he assured us that he would take care of it. Even the garbage and paper recycling. He gave us our deposit and off we went to the airport.

We are already thinking of our next trip to Pat's. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious, clean, beach front penthouse for a great price! Perfect for large parties or families.

We had a wonderful week in this condo. Paul was very accommodating with our schedule arriving and leaving. It was clean with lots of room for our large family. We wanted a place on the beach and so this was perfect. Not many people on the beach either. The large kitchen and washer/dryer were great. We loved being away from the busy city. Quick drives to PCC and north shore popular beaches. I recommend as a great family getaway. The place was stocked with several pairs of water shoes, boogie boards, goggles and beach towels.

Beautiful ocean front condo in old bldg w sunrise :)

The first impression was not a good one because the condo building architecture looks like the public housing you see in NYC or L.A. You're also greeted by the smell of septic tanks in the parking lot and it never goes away every time you walk to your vehicle. This 8th floor 2 story oceanfront penthouse has 2 large ocean front bedrooms each with their own restrooms and ocean front balconies with picture perfect sunrise views. On the 1st floor there is a dining area, living room with ocean front balcony, half restroom and full kitchen equipped with everything we needed for 4 adults and 2 children ages 1&3. Condo is a little outdated with bedding, was not too clean and we found 2 live cockroaches which could be from the others that live in the bldg or the island itself. The location is close to North Shore where a lot of locals live, and there not many nice restaurants to dine. I would rate the restaurants as take-out and give them a "C". You have to drive about 45min Waikiki to eat a decent sitdown place like Restaurant 604 in Pearl Harbor. So it was a good thing we did a Costco run when we arrived, cause we cooked breakfast everyday, ate on the balcony, went down to the beach, and then pack it up for whatever activity we had for the day, and then back to the beach. We didn't use the pool and the gym is like 2 pieces of equipment no A/C. You're better off jogging. If your looking for class A accommodations then this is not the place for you. The accommodations are just ok and nothing fancy. The owner Paul is very nice and responsive to repair stuff. I would stay in the condo again, however, the building needs some simple repairs.
