Charming Canet House Close to the Beach and Amenities!

This 110 m² Canet house, ideally located just a stone's throw from the beach, aquarium, restaurants, and local activities, offers a practical and pleasant living space for your vacation.

The ground floor includes a large, bright living room with sofas and a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining area, a laundry room with a washing machine, and separate toilets.

Upstairs, you'll find three air-conditioned bedrooms and a modern shower room for maximum comfort. The two large bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds, wardrobes, and armchairs, offering plenty of space for rest. The third bedroom has a 90 cm single bed and a pull-out bed that, once unfolded, transforms into a comfortable large double bed.

Outside, two terraces await: one at the front of 15 m², furnished with a coffee table and chairs, ideal for relaxing, and a large 35 m² terrace at the back, offering complete privacy—perfect for outdoor meals in peace. A garden area completes the space, making it great for children to play or for simply enjoying the sun under the shade of trees.

For your convenience, we offer additional optional services: bed linen is not provided, but you can book it in advance and collect it upon key handover. Prices: double bed kit at €12.00, single bed kit at €9.00, towel kit (including a large and a small towel) at €8.00.

The security deposit for your rental must be settled before your arrival via the "Swikly" link sent 10 days before your stay. Payment must be made online, strictly before your arrival (no cash or check payments).

We accept Chèques Vacances for added convenience.

Please note that this house is not suitable for persons with reduced mobility (PRM).

Keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM during the summer season. The tourist tax is additional.
