Southern Canet, close to the trade. Studio cabin equipped (air-conditioning), seen very well sea, direct access to the beach, swimming pool with solarium, closed carpark, bicycle room, table tennis. Laundry with under ground of the residence. No sight direct on the swimming pool, but seen sea as on the photograph.

Appartement agréable, il ne manque rien : vaisselles ustensiles de cuisine tout y est petit plus sièges de plage parasolMême ce qu'il faut pour commencer le séjour sel poivre huile vinaigre café...Plage à 1 mn , boulangerie presque au pied de l'immeuble et Utile à 2 pas .Restaurants au pied de l'immeuble ou le long de l avenue. Parking pratique. Et surtout la gentillesse et l accueil de l’ hote .

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet appartement dont nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation, l'emplacement, la vue sur la mer, le parking et la piscine. Vue sur la mer très appréciable. L'appartement est bien équipé et propre. Appartement climatisé. Place de parking privatif (un plus très appréciable) Pas besoin de prendre la voiture tous les commerces sont à proximité. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil.

Appartement idéal pour passer un séjour à la mer. Tout est à proximité (plage, commerces,...). De plus, il est équipé d'une climatisation, ce qui est très appréciable en cette période de grosse chaleur.

Semaine de vacances en tout point réussie: n'attendez plus pour réserver!

-Accueil et échanges très chaleureux. -Secteur géographique dynamique mais calme. -Logement conforme à l'annonce avec une "vue mer" qui nous manque déjà... C'était une première pour nous à Canet en Roussillon qui s'avère être un réel coup de coeur! Nous recommandons SANS restriction.

De belles vacances!

Très bon séjour, avec des propriétaires à l'écoute des besoins et qui font des efforts pour convenir à leurs locataires. L'appartement offre un luxe en accessoire diverses (spot hifi!), le nécessaire pour le ménage, des coussins confortables, un lit-canapé dans lequel on y dort bien (sans mal de dos au réveil). La vue qu'offre l'appartement permet d'admirer la vue de la mer à longueur de journée et de voir les différentes activités de la place animée. L'emplacement est très bien également avec les différents commerces et restaurants à proximité. Merci pour ces vacances.

L'appartement est très bien situé, nous n'avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine, tous les commerces sont aux alentours. La vue mer très joli, et pas bruyant.

Pour un "Séjour très appreciable" comme vous l'indiquez, il nous semble que trois étoiles seulement ne soient pas en adéquation avec cet appartement qui offre climatisation, une cuisine très bien équipée (lave linge, grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur...), un parking, la piscine, la vue mer avec un accès direct à la plage. De plus, un volet roulant permet d'obscurcir totalement l'appartement pour un meilleur sommeil. Vous nous avez fait remarquer par mail que vous n'aviez pas la vue sur la piscine, ce qui, pourtant, est clairement indiqué dans l'annonce. De plus, nous avons fait le nécessaire pour que vous puissiez prendre possession de l'appartement dans la matinée alors qu'en principe, cela se fait après 14h.

Nous avons été hyper bien accueillis par les propriétaires trop sympathiques . L'appartement est complet en équipements , et , trop bien situé : proche de tout commerces et plage . Vélos et piscine mettent le plus qui nous a comblés cette année . Espérons en profiter de nouveau l'an prochain. Mr et Mme Sorton
