Well positioned apartment

The apartment is not large but is comfortable and very well equipped. It is in a very convenient position for all aspects of the Port area and although in the centre is quite quiet. There is no lift and it is 50 stairs from the road to the front door so a reasonable amount of fitness is needed!

Property well located. Parking difficult. Stairs and hallway in the building very dirty. Cockroaches. The shower was a real problem. The shower head you just hold and it is broken. Does not spray very well. Shower door is broken, very difficult to slide. Only one small blanket for the bed.

Net appartement

Eenvoudig schoon appartement voor max 3 personen. Voor degenen die slecht ter been zijn is dit appartement niet geschikt. Het bevindt zich op de 3 etage en er is geen lift aanwezig.

Fantastic Stay

Had a great stay at this wonderful little well appointed apartment. Clean and everything you need provided. Furniture a bit tired especially the sofa, which also too big for the space. Though sure owners aware and on top of the issue. Location is perfect. Just a short walk and all the restaurant's and bars you could need of all types. Would definitely stay again (especially as only live an hour and 40 min drive away) and will not hesitate to recommend this little gem to family & friends.

Mejorable pero bien

Muy bien situado, nosotros fuimos de pesca y teníamos el puerto andando a 5 minutos. No tiene ascensor hacia el piso tiene algunos deterioros de pintura, sofá " Despellejado" Y la ducha no traga bien el agua pero luego muy bien el aire acondicionado, la cocina tiene los utensilios necesarios y las habitaciones su ropa. Recomiendo llevarse almohada propia si vais de relax.

Well-appointed flat in the port area of Javea

The apartment was very nice, clean and modern, (third floor without lift to be noted). However, it was quite noisy at night (until about midnight), because of people outside drinking at tables and the odd souped-up motorcycle. We know it would be noisy but we wanted to be in the centre of the port area, 3 minutes from the beach and the shops, which was perfect. The on-site staff were very good and helpful. A blocked up shower was unblocked within the hour! We enjoyed our stay.

En general el apartamento muy bien. Lo malo que el portal y escaleras dejan mucho que desear porque estaba viejo y sucio. Nos alojamos 5 días y nos dejaron un triste rollo de papel higiénico. Un poco ruidosa la calle por las noches pero nada exagerado ae podia dormir bien. Repetiría la estancia.

Buena ubicacion, limpio. Necesita un arreglito.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a 50m de la playa de la grava. Está muy limpio pero la limpieza del portal y la escalera dejan mucho que desear. Es cómodo pero ya hicimos saber que hay cosas que arreglar como la cómoda de la habitación principal, la mampara de la ducha y las sillas de la cocina. La calle con mucho trafico y ruidosa. Puliendo estas cositas, para volver.

Thanks to your comments, all of the mentioned problems have been resolved. The shower screen has been replaced, the kitchen chairs have been repaired as well as the dresser.

Perfect location for getting out and about.

Booking was very easy. Location perfect for sightseeing, bars and restaurants. Just a few things that need changing to make apartment more comfortable. Shower needs an adjustable wall mount as shower only points up. Shower cubicle screen needs replacing as it leaks. Chairs on balcony aren't very comfy if you want to enjoy sitting out there for a long period,
