Four Bedroom Villa - Villa Castello

The Villa is located in the traditional village Koiliomenos, in the western mountains of Zakynthos at an altitude of 510m. The area has been recognized and protected as a historical landmark on the island. For this reason, construction works respected the local character and tradition of all stone classic style houses of the village.

The Villa itself is situated & actually surrounded by a wonderful pine forest & offers guests the ultimate feeling of relaxation & serenity while enjoying their stay at this stone-built Villa within a luscious verdant scenery.

It can comfortably welcome up to 10 people & can be an excellent choice for families, groups of friends, couples or even individuals, who seek to spend a peaceful holiday while unwinding from the daily routine.

It has a size of 240sqm & consists of 3 floors. On the ground level, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor (which offers a different entrance area), an open plan living room/dining area with 8 sits is located. The living room offers a TV with satellite channels, an energy saver fireplace & a furnished veranda with amazing views to the surrounding area of the lush pine forest & green scenery.

Through the stairs, guests are led on the 2nd floor, where 2 bedrooms are found - both offering one double bed each, closet & furnished balcony with views to the surroundings, along with a bathroom with a shower. Again, using the inner stairs, guests will be led on the last floor, which is attic type offering 2 more bedrooms - both with a double & single bed. One more bathroom with a shower is found on this level.

The Villa can sleep up to 10 people, while children up to 2 years of age can sleep free of charge when using their parent's room.
