Property was perfect! My family of 7 had more than enough space. Beach access was easy, and mostly uncrowded, even on 4th of July weekend. Highly recommended!

The condo was in a great location for access to the pool, parking and beach. Beautifully decorated and clean! Only thing I missed was a view but I knew being on ground floor that I was giving that up for convenience. Would definitely come here again!

This was a super fun trip for us. The air worked properly, fans were on the night stands of every room, and the place was extremely clean! The only downfall was we had to buy beach service in order to have our chairs and umbrella set up all 7 days. Nearly 300 on an extra expense we felt should be included.

The unit was in a nice good location. We liked to quiet area but easy drive to local attractions and restaurants. I wish I knew that it was ground floor unit because I could not see over the dunes and see the beach. Chair and umbrella rental at the unit was a great bonus.

The views of the ocean are visible from standing on the patio but sitting its private and sand dunes. Sorry for the confusion we advertise it as this. The best host we’ve ever had! The condo was perfect for our group of eight (including and 10 month old and 3 year old). Lots of room for everyone. The beach was stunning. Great location and great visit. Thank you!

I was excited about staying on ground level but you cannot see the ocean for the dunes. Furniture on porch is very uncomfortable and needs updating and ants galore on the patio. Floors in condo were dirty like get our socks and feet dirty. There is mold in the main bathroom and the shower curtains stick to your body giving you an annoying shower. The bed in the master and second bedroom were really hard the covers and pillows were descent The only perk is you are really close to the beach. We could not play cards on the patio because the light is so dim you could not see at night. The lighting in the house is very dark with yellowing bulbs so it’s very dark in house.

Great stay and awesome family get-away!

We have a large family, and this condo was perfect to accommodate all our needs. Loved the close walk to the beach, the long dining table, and the convenient walk to Tom Thumb whenever we needed convenience items.

We really enjoyed our stay and the condo was great!!!!! We did notice that the floors need to be mopped as our feet were black from walking around inside without shoes.

On a regular basis we review, add and change furnishings and repair or replace items that are no longer doing their job properly. We are pleased to say that we love our housekeeping team. They keep us informed of anything that needs our attention after every single stay. So glad that the beach, the pool and your happy stay are what you have shared :)

Zoe was a great host! The condo was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. We had a total of 11 people, 6 adults and 5 young children with plenty of room for us all to sleep and relax comfortably. We had some changes to our travels and when asking Zoe if we could extend our stay an extra night, she was very polite and understanding. We would definitely stay here again!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

on the beach/large open floor plan/ground floor access/next to the BBQ area/next to the Tom Thumb beach store/two king beds/close to village of fort walton/park close by/church close by.

This is a unique island, with gulf front on one side and inter-coastal water way on the other... we love taking walks on the beach renting a boat for cruising on the inter-coastal waterway side. Exploring the many little islands is a great way to relax, sunbath, fish and have a picnic... Sometimes we go by boat to restaurants in nearby towns too! So bring your boat or rent one for a small daily or hourly fee at the local boat rental place...next to hightide restaurant.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

large open floor plan, two sofa's and a chair. Master bedroom is spacious with a recliner chair. Most lights and wall lamps controlled with dimmers switches. Balcony safe you can relax and worry about little ones climbing over since it is ground floor.

Just 54 steps to sinking your feet in the sand...
White sugar beaches with emerald color water...
Searching for shells? after landing your feet in the sand turn right and keep going past the condo's and around the bend... happy searching...

we have a friend that owns the unit on the same level opposite side almost identical floor plan. 3/3 like ours so only two units between ours and theirs. If you are looking to rent two units close together this is a great option their VRBO number is 290572
