If you want a view, the water, walking/bicycling distance to the Yacht Club, Restaurants and Beach.. you have found it.

Here is your vacation getaway with the ultimate Southern Exposure for your pool time and breathtaking sunsets.. This home is good for a private quiet getaway or for the full family as it sleep 1 or up to 8. Location is everything, you can walk or bike to the Yacht Club Beach, restaurants and park or sit on the back lanai and relax while watching boats on the gulf access canal, 10 minutes to open water. This home has a split plan with the Master Bedroom on one side and the guest rooms on the other. As well we will have a pull out sofa with a queen size bed. It has a master suite with an additional guest bath for the other 2 bedrooms. A very open floor plan completely upgraded and waiting for you to enjoy. If all of this is not enough you can go outside and relax in the sun and swim in the pool. It is electric heat for the pool.

The host was very attentive to any of our questions. The pool was perfect for our grandkids. Plenty of space in the house. Close to everything we needed. And we enjoyed seeing burrowing owls on our walks. Very quiet area. Enjoyed everything about this stay.

The host got back to us right away with any concerns we had. I gave a rating of 4 stars because the towels were clean but all were stained and old. The pillows were flat pancakes and the living room had very uncomfortable couch and chairs. The furniture was not the furniture pictured on the website. We loved the location, pool and kitchen area.

Thank you for letting me know about the towels... we have 2 crews that watch for this so I am very surprised that they were in bad condition. They will be replaced immediately. We have 15 homes so we have plenty of towels to rotate..Again our apologies for this issue. Cindy (management)

Lovely Coral Ave

We are boaters who come to boat and enjoy SW Florida. The location and new dock were perfect for getting out on the water each day quickly. The house was as pictured, kitchen was fully stocked, and rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool area was very enjoyable and spacious. We love the neighborhood, friendly and quiet and close to everything. Our stay was wonderful due to the lovely home and the beautiful SW Florida weather!!! Thank you for having us and our pup!

We stayed in this home for 3 weeks. It is an older home and a bit tired but the house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the very warm pool. However, there are some improvements that would have helped.First of all…hangers! There wasn’t a singlehanger in the house. After driving 2 days to get there we had to head out to Walmart before we could even unpack.2. The pavers to the front door are broken or loose, which makes that walk way treacherous.3. The home stated there was an ironing board and there was not. Unfortunately, we needed one. I sent a message but no reply.4. The vertical blinds on the patio door had panels falling off several times when we opened or closed them. We managed to fix a few of them but no luck with one.5. The door to the backyard from the lanai/pool is broken. In order to get back in after taking the dog out I had to struggle and lift up on the door to get back in.6. The bed pillows were flat pancakes and uncomfortable.We have stayed in several VRBO rentals. I think long and hard before I review a home but feel these things really should be improved upon.

Hello Chris, I want to thank you for bringing these items to our attention as this is the only way we know about little things that go wrong or break. We have had nothing but 5 star reviews from all of our homes so we were taken back by all of your concerns. In saying that I copied your response and sent it to maintenance to start immediately to fix these issues. As for hangers, we try and we buy and buy but guest steal them.. We just ordered a bunch last week as this was already on our radar. During the winter months our homes are lived in back to back guest and it is dificult to get in and do a full examination of everything so we do appreciate your thoughts however, as you can see we have nothing but 5 Stars so I wish you would have reached out to me and we would have taken care of many of these issues while you were there. That is what our management team is there for. I hope you will give us another opportunity to see how we do. Mangement Cindy

Perfect little paradise

The house was nothing short of perfect! The property is in a wonderful location, the house was extremely clean and well maintained. The pool was crystal clear and the dock was perfect for our boat. Cindy was extremely easy to get in touch with and responded back to our messages in such a timely manner. The house came fully equipped with anything you could possibly need, all the way down to beach chairs. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone. We will most definitely be back!

Great property!

This is a great little home by the water! The house is older but very well maintained! The pool was great and had the best heater and was always ready for us (it was on the cooler side this weekend and we’re from So. Fla)! We did some fishing off the new dock which was nice and the kids caught a few fish! The neighborhood is near all our favorite restaurants and right down the street from Rotary Park which may be our new spot to take the kids! Thanks so much!!

Great location, nice house/pool, will be back!!

The house was great, spacious, had everything we needed. The location is perfect for getting to a lot of places (just plan ahead for traffic) and in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was very clean, heated and perfect place for kids to burn some energy. The patio area also really nice for eating any meals out in fresh air. Our family needs extra space a house provides vs a condo/hotel room and this was better than we even hoped. My wife is already looking ahead to when we can schedule coming back here!

Comfortable and relatively close to the beach.

We were satisfied except for electrical issues in the bathroom…couldn’t blow dry hair without tripping the breaker. Also, we were accustomed to having local news and cable tv choices in the bedrooms. Only the living room tv had local news, but very little options or live tv.

Perfect for families!

My boyfriend and I brought our kids to Florida and stayed at this house! It was perfect for us to relax and be able to see the kids when they were swimming if we were cooking or watching a movie! Loved it!
