The Z Spot

Z Spot is the perfect home for long term or short term stays.

This zen stay is located in the heart of the Historic Westside of Las Vegas in walking distance of the Fremont Street Experience, where the locals play! This high-rise suite is complete with brand new stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling windows and a balcony which allows an incredible amount of natural light. The kitchen includes the various cooking tools and utensils you’d need in order to prepare and cook homemade meals. Brand new stackable washer and dryer with enough to start your trip are also included. You never have to worry about where to park as there is an assigned parking space located in the building’s garage.

About The Property:

You will have the entire condo to yourself.

There are elevators to take you to the floor of your suite. The garbage chutes are next to the elevators.

In the condo there are multiple provided items to make your stay easier:

The building amenities include a two floor gym, a pool with a hot tub, a large projection screen for movies with lounge chairs big enough to stretch out/curl up under a blanket and enjoy comfortably.

Potty trained pets welcome. Private pet walk area available at the building. 3 pp pads included for paper trained pooch. Ask about weight restrictions.

This suite is cleaned and disinfected after each stay per Covid-19 guidelines

The Location:

This condo is 10 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, 15 minutes away from the airport and 4 blocks away (a nice stroll) from Fremont Street.

Enjoy jazz and wine at Classic Jewel. Try the vegan options they have at Flippin’ Good Chicken and Nacho Daddy (take the scorpion shot !!) There are also multiple bars to hop, not to forget Fat Tuesday which is located directly across the street from these Fremont strip locations. Heart Attack Grill is also a popular experience for burgers, located within the Fremont St Experience. If you’re into thrill, hit the SlotZilla zipline near White Castle & fly over the entire Fremont strip crowd !!

Vegas Weddings wedding chapel is located across the street from the building

Surprisingly, with this condo being near to so many attractions, it is quiet as some walls are concrete.

Things to Know:

You will need to download the “Openpath” app to gain access into the building (including parking garage entrance).
Suite key will be located inside the unit. Instructions provided once booking is confirmed.

The building offers amenities (pool, gym, etc.) that are shared by other residents of the building.

Concierge hours are from 7a.m. to 11p.m.

House Rules:

The items left inside this stay are my personal items along with a few .. what I like to call “pay it forward” items, so feel free to enjoy those items at your own risk.
I am NOT to be held liable for any adverse or allergic reactions.

Damaged or Missing items will result in a convenience FEE on a case by case basis.
Relax.. we’re not gonna trip over a missing pen or a piece of tupperware.

Please do not trash this condo.
If you leave my home in a complete disarray then there will be an excessive cleaning fee, up to $250. By booking you are agreeing to this.

Please kindly remove trash & dump it in the garbage chute or the dumpster in the parking garage when you depart from your stay.
You can also leave it in the trash can located inside the condo.
ANY trash left outside the door/hallway or the patio will result to a $300 FEE.

We do not have a pet fee.
Your beautiful creatures are welcome, however if there are any pet related accidents/incidents of any kind, including pet fur on furniture there will be a $250 FEE.

NOTE FOR THOSE WITH MINOR CHILDREN:
There is alcohol on the premises. If you have under aged children, you are responsible for supervising them.
Stay is not child proof.
No high-chairs, pack n play, changing station, etc.

There is no smoking inside. Smoking inside will result to a $250 FEE.
