Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a bathroom;
- a living room with a sofa bed for you to relax after a day of walking.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking/ Garage, Shared Pool, Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Heating, Washing machine, Terrace, Coffee machine, Air conditioning, Garden, Microwave, Oven, Hot water, Iron, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the advantages of the apartment is its brightness. It is also very popular for its location:
- in a secure residence with guard, located on a pedestrian mail closed from 22h30 to 6h (access with the badge of the apartment). On the pedestrian mail: tobacco bar, large Super U, restaurants, cafes and Basic fit gym;
- clear view mountains.
Places of interest near the accommodation:
- direct pedestrian access to the sandy beach through Exflora Park and an underground;
- 50m high of the municipal park Exflora, Mediterranean vegetation, pools with water jets, amphitheatre;
- 100m from a bakery and McDonald’s;
