Beach house on the water overlooking LI Sound. Recently renovated and freshly painted. Open floor plan, bright windows and ocean views. Side yard overlooking water and steps to private beach. New bathroom, new floors and fully furnished. Walk to local beach, 2 miles to town center with local shops, restaurants and beautiful green. Activities nearby include kayaking, hiking, local breweries and wineries. Easy access to I-95 and less than 15min drive to New Haven, home of Yale University. A nice place to stay anytime of year- amazing ocean views and great location!

Beautiful views!

This house has the most spectacular views of the Sound, is steps from a beautiful beach, and is wonderfully decorated. We had such a peaceful stay!

We have traveled across the US, Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, Caribbean Islands, Thailand and Philippines. We enjoy our visits but always love coming home. We're sure you will too!

Our beach house is a small slice of paradise with ocean views, access to small private beach and quaint town center only 2 miles away. A fun place to gather and relax. In town, you will find stores, restaurants, library, coffee shops and easy walk to town marina. Nearby are seafood shacks, local breweries, wineries and many places for local hikes.

Our cozy beach house has sweeping ocean views where you can relax, enjoy a glass of wine or just sit outside and take in the scenery!
