Tonya was an absolutely fantastic host! From the moment we booked, her communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made us feel welcome before we even arrived.The home itself exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally well-stocked with everything we could possibly need and then some. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making guests comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the home was clean and inviting, and we felt right at home throughout our stay.Whether you're visiting Kodiak for work, fishing, sightseeing, or just to relax, this property is an outstanding choice. The attention to detail, comfortable accommodations, and Tonya's hospitality made this one of the best VRBO experiences we've had. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Kodiak. Five stars all the way!

Charming Kodiak Cottage

Sweet little house walking distance from the harbor. Cozy and comfortable- perfect spot to cook up fresh fish at the end of the day or just gather with friends for a quiet evening.

Loved the location of the property. Was perfect for walking to the downtown area, restaurants, wharf, museums etc... Definately needed a car to get to some of the farther locations. Water pressure was really the only disappointment. Hot water was hot, but no pressure. Otherwise, perfect, adorable place to stay!!

The location was perfect. We could walk to restaurants and the marinas along with other cool places like Kodiak Brewing, Near Island trails and Big Rays. Tonya was very responsive and accommodating. She had snacks, assortment of kcups and everything you need to enjoy a meal at home. She even let us know about recent bear sightings. The master bed was very comfortable and the towels and linens were nice as well. The best part was her kindness around checking out wanting to ensure we enjoyed our visit up to the last minute. The bookshelf which had some great reads about local people animals and the culture was a nice touch. Wish it was colder so we could have enjoyed a fire in the wood stove (she even included wood)! Its an older harm with a few bumps and bruises but its charm made it my favorite vrbo yet!
