This condo is in a 12 unit building and on the 3rd floor but only two floors from the street it is within the properties of the Grand Serenis Hotel and inside 24 hour security gates. Our common area includes a hot tub, lounge chairs at the pool side, a barbecue, and ping pong table, and chairs and tables for your use.
