Nicely renovated condo 2 minute walk to the beautiful Cocoa Beach. The colorful beach decor inside will make you feel like you were already at the beach. This is a light and cheery corner unit with easy access to courtyard and parking. Condo is fully furnished with all the comforts required for a day or a week at the beach. Small complex, only 14 units, 7 units per floor. This unit is on second floor. Entire inside has been updated and renovated including beds, flooring, furniture, air conditioning and all appliances. Great unit, great location for that Florida beach community lifestyle! Condo has a wonderful courtyard for relaxing after a day at the beach. Conveniently located in Cocoa Beach, close to everything and within walking distance to pier, restaurants, activities. Daily, Weekly, Monthly rates available

Activities and Attractions: Condo is in easy walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier. The pier is the center of most local beachside entertainment. Orlando airport, Disney parks and Daytona are only 50 minutes away. Kennedy Space Center 20 minutes away. See rocket launches from the beach.
Port Canaveral approximately 1/2 mile from condo. Ron Jon Surf Shop within walking distance. Cruise Ships and Casino boats are within 1/2 mile and can be viewed from the beach.

Just Amazing it was convenient and close to the beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed from beach chairs to umbrellas. The property manager Dee Dee was available and answered a question which was a plus. Thank you so much for my family to you.

It reads that this is a condo. Condo's are usually two stories. I had a handicapped father with me. I expected to take him straight through the front door and have him to sleep on the couch on the bottom floor. I was never told he would have to climb stairs in order to even get into the place to stay.

Great location!

Stayed here for two nights prior to a cruise with wife and two kids. It was perfect for us. One block to the beach and close to other cocoa beach attractions. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Overnight vacation accommodation

Overall our stay was very good. Although there was some stains on the sheets. The host was very responsive and the property was very clean except for the bed linens. I would stay there again . Location was very important to the port and worked very well

Condo was not beachside as described and is upstairs, not handicap accessible. It is a nice unit needing some dusting and floor cleaning.

My family and stayed one day before we got on our cruise. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The host Dee Dee was great and answered all questions very quickly. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location

Property was well maintained and had all the beach essentials we needed. Beach access is a short walk away and the beach was not crowded. Highly recommend.

Overall Good Option

This property is really convenient as it’s located about halfway between Port Canaveral and downtown Cocoa Beach so you can get to either in just a few minutes. Plus it’s one block from a really quiet section of the beach but walkable to the pier and more activity. As for the condo itself, it worked for our family for the two nights we were there. We were disappointed with how dirty it was upon our arrival - mostly there was a bunch of sand and dirt on the floors (I had to sweep them completely) and on the counters! Also some of the silverware was a bit dirty. The condo is pretty basic - not much if you really intend to cook. But the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was adequate, and the kitchen was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our choice.

The condo is nice for the price. Close to the beach and other amenities. We have ended up supplying our own paper products such as toilet paper. The washer and dryer are not in the unit but located in the building and are coin operated.

Great experience

This was our second time staying at this property. It is a short walk to the beach, and a pretty quiet area. We have enjoyed our stay both times. The property manager is easy to get in touch with and very responsive.

Excellent stay

Stayed 2 nights for a fishing trip. Enjoyed walking to beach and the quiet neighborhood. Nice outdoor common space on second floor for talking and hanging out. Washer/dryer is not in unit and you must pay.

Great location in Cocoa Beach

This is the third time we have stayed at this condo and we are never disappointed. It is steps from the beach and close to many restaurants. Dee Dee is a great host and will answer any questions you may have. There were several rocket launches while we were there. You can see them from the beach or take a short drive from the condo for a better view. We also enjoy strolling around the neighborhood in the mornings. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

Clean house, easy process!

The house was really clean, which was great! The communication with the host was wonderful! The listing did mention that a washer/dryer was available as an amenity, but it was never mentioned that it’s a community washer/dryer. I did reach out to the host to ask a question specifically about the washer/dryer and it still wasn’t mentioned that it’s a community set. To some, this is no big deal, but to some it is. Other than that, the check in process was super easy and it was a great location by everything! We were able to rent bikes from down the street and ride bikes everywhere we wanted to go!
