We're so glad you enjoyed the beach essentials, the easy walk to the beach, and the trolley — it really is one of the best ways to get around the area. I did want to gently clear up a couple of points for future guests reading this. Our pre-arrival information doesn't include coffee or shampoo/conditioner as part of the stay, so that wasn't an oversight — just want to make sure expectations are clear from the start! We also have Xfinity cable with over 1,000 channels available on all three TVs in the unit, so I'm sorry to hear the TV setup wasn't working well for you during your stay — that's not what should have been available, and I'd love to look into what happened there. I'm also sorry about the musty smell you noticed. Summer humidity here can be tough, and with the AC running 24/7 during your stay to keep things cool, that can sometimes contribute to that smell. I'll have the unit checked to make sure everything is functioning properly and address it. One more thing worth mentioning for future guests: we have office staff on duty all day and maintenance crews available to address any issues that come up during a stay, so please don't hesitate to reach out in the moment next time — we're always happy to help right away.
