First Floor Sleeping Arrangements Include a King Suite with private bathroom and porch access, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This level is perfect for guests who prefer easy access without stairs.



Second Floor – Private Suites & Flexible Space: Upstairs, you’ll find comfortable accommodations for the rest of your group: There's a primary King Suite with private bathroom, large tub, private balcony with Gulf views, and an additional sleeper sofa. There is also a Queen bedroom with private bath and balcony access. Completing this level is a fun for the kids bunk room with twin-over-full bunk, and a full hallway bathroom for bunk room access. Each space is thoughtfully designed to give guests both privacy and comfort.



Third Floor – Gulf View Loft & Dual Balconies: Head to the top floor for a special treat—a loft space with stunning Gulf views. Carriage House – Private Guest Retreat: Across the courtyard, the separate carriage house offers additional space and flexibility—ideal for another family, teens, or guests who want a little extra privacy. This secluded space features a King bedroom and a bunk area with full-over-full bunks. Sleeping 6 total, a full bathroom is provided for convenience. -Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

-VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

-Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

-Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Weddings and Events – All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.

*Weddings/Events held on the beach in coordination with a stay at this home must obtain the separate permit through Okaloosa county in addition to the $750 Beach Reunion event fee.



Please note tents and canopies are not allowed on private beach due to HOA regulations.



BEACH ACCESS: The beach access for this property is just at the end of the street, a short 5 minute walk!



* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.



* HOA has strict 5 car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.

Guest Access:

You'll have complete access to the entire property, including the private pool, garden, and balcony, plus all bedrooms. Shared spaces like the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room are also available. Feel free to use the outdoor pool and BBQ grill. You will receive an email 3-5 days before your arrival with check-in instructions and your unique keyless entry code. Check-in is at 2 PM.
