Escape to the tranquil shores of the Lake of the Ozarks and experience the perfect vacation at our stunning 3-bedroom 2-bath condo with a main channel view. Nestled in the heart of Osage Beach at mile marker 20, you'll be just a short drive away from the breathtaking Ha Ha Tonka State Park and the Osage Beach Premium Outlets, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker and all the necessary appliances to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the deck with plenty of seating and enjoy the serene lake main channel views. When it's time to unwind, cozy up by the fireplace or catch your favorite shows on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels.

Indulge in one of the outdoor pools or the new sandy beach perfect for cooling off on warm days. The pools, beach and playground are all within walking distance of the condo. For your convenience, the condo also features a washing machine and dryer, ensuring you can pack light and travel stress-free.

The large primary bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite full bathroom and stunning lake views from the sliding glass doors. The other 2 bedrooms each offer a queen size bed. We also have an new sofa sleeper, air mattress, sleeping bags and pack n play for additional sleeping options.

Fantastic condo

We had a great stay in this condo for our first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks. Prime location. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. We spent most of our time out on the covered deck listening to the waves hit the rocks below and watching the boats go by. Definitely will look into staying here again when we return.

Lake of the Ozarks

Very nice condo! We had a couple electrical issues: deck ceiling fan and the dryer weren’t working. We notified the owner, and she appreciated that we let her know.The complex is huge but very conveniently located.We had a beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful main channel views

Beautiful condo directly facing main channel! It a walk in unit from the parking lot! We had a couple hiccups but the property owner was super easy to work with and had our issue resolved in no time! The unit also faces north so you don’t get blinded in the morning or evening sun! Perfect place to stay! Will definitely be back!

Friends/Family weekend

We had a great weekend with family friends. The location was ideal. Two pools and a beach/lake front access, which our kids loved. Great view of the lake! And condo was clean/updated and exactly as listed. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip

My sister and our friends spent the weekend at the Lake of the Ozarks and this was the perfect condo. So cute, very clean, awesome location for restaurants and swim up bars. Erin was so easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to all of my questions. Get time, great place, great host!

The condo was easy to find. With an 18 month old granddaughter, the deck safety was great, where she could enjoy watching the boats and birds. The kitchen was well supplied. We would return.

Girls Getaway

The stay was amazing with the most phenomenal view. The Residence was fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The sofa sleeper did not have sheets available, and the locks on both sliders were not functional, but overall the stay was great. Erin is wonderful to work with and the check in was super easy. It's a walk in unit with no stairs. Location is about 4 miles from most nightlife.

Excellent condo & view.

Erin has done a wonderful job making this vacation condo perfect for anyone interested in a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The condo is completely updated with top notch furnishings and amenities. We loved all the high end updates that have been completed on this unit. It is a walk in unit without steps as well. And the lake view from the very spacious deck makes you part of the action. Super short easy walk to the pool or boat docks. We will be back. Loved it.

Wonderful Experience

This was our first ever trip to the Ozarks. The location was perfect, view was incredible. The condo is pretty true to the pictures, the beds were very comfy with plenty of bedding for all preferences. The kitchen was well supplied, all we needed to do was go grocery shopping. The bathrooms were clean and well supplied with plenty of fluffy towels. Overall the experience was wonderful and Erin was great to work with, very responsive to our needs and questions. We will certainly be back to this location. A side note, our 13 year old son practically lived on the balcony, watching all the boats pass by and feeding the fish. :) Great entertainment!!

AMAZING place to stay!! Overlooks the lake! Beautiful Views! SUPER clean!

This condo was AMAZING! We had a total of 5 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us. HUGE + having a walk in unit & the views from the balcony were spectacular (plenty of seating)it was shaded in the evenings and so much fun sitting out talking and watching the boats! The kitchen had everything we needed. We did a lot of cooking on the propane grill. The bathrooms were well furnished and the towels were very soft, beds were comfortable, the place was SUPER clean, the pool was a short walk and it was well maintained kids loved it plus it overlooked the lake! Erin was great and very responsive anytime you messaged her! I loved how they left cleaning supplies under the sink for us to use as well! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone going to the Ozark’s!

Annual grandma, daughter, granddaughter trip

Was excited about our girls trip. Check in was great, Neither sliding door to the deck locked. Of course no one slept much. Was not a safe feeling. When called i was asked what I wanted her to do about it. Not the answer I was looking for. She did later apologize and has plans to replace the latches. After our trip was over of course. To late for our safety. Living room couch is in poor condition makes a huge noise when sat on, all three mattress needs replaced not at all comfortable. Someone else’s breakfast cereal under couch and loveseat along with much dust. Was very easy to see it. Was deck construction going on at the unit attached that I do understand has to be done but a heads up for the extra noise and just knowing there were men working on the deck attached that knew there were 3 females next door and knew the doors did not lock , again did not help us feel safe. We are not complainers, BUT, we as well as our families want to stay safe at all time during any and all travels. We have families and responsibilities in which we have responsibilities for Please present your place as it is and give us the choice of deciding if we feel safe and comfortable. The guests staying there or anywhere should always feel safe.

Not Clean

Upon arrival it was noticed that the property was not clean. There was garbage, dust balls, food/crumbs behind, underneath, and in the couches. Floors were sticky. End tables had food crumbs & smears on them. Dishes from previous renter were left in dishwasher & appeared to be dirty, but possibly stained. A used razor was left in the shower. There was dried brown/reddish substance in multiple spots on the bed comforter (appeared to be blood). Dried brown/reddish substance on decorative pillows from multiple different rooms as well. Erin was informed and was very apologetic for the situation. She offered to have the cleaner swing by in the morning since it was later in the evening. I explained to her that I had already done all the cleaning because no one wants to stay and a dirty vacation rental nor could I allow my small children to be touching all of the disgusting things in the condo. We communicated back-and-forth and eventually I said there not much she could do because I had already wasted a couple of hours on my first night of vacation ignoring my children to clean and I couldn’t get that back. I asked for a partial refund. That is when Erin’s tone changed. She was no longer apologetic and informed us that their cleaning service doesn’t do a “deep clean”, but she would talk to the owner of the condo. Time passed and eventually she asked for our address to send us “a little something” for the inconvenience… still waiting on that… a little inconvenience, I think not.

Property was easy access, street level. Very clean and nicely decorated and well stocked with almost everything you might need. Manager was prompt with answers to my questions and very nice to work with.

For the last 27 years, I have been in the Insurance industry. My husband and I owned an independent agency in Topeka KS until 2020 when we sold our agency. We continue to work at the agency today.
In 2021 we purchased a condo at the Ledges Condominiums located in Osage Beach at the Lake of the Ozarks. I formed Lesser Management Company and Serenity Property Management, LLC. I manage our condo along with my parents 3 rental condos.
