Escape to the tranquil shores of the Lake of the Ozarks and experience the perfect vacation at our stunning 3-bedroom 2-bath condo with a main channel view. Nestled in the heart of Osage Beach at mile marker 20, you'll be just a short drive away from the breathtaking Ha Ha Tonka State Park and the Osage Beach Premium Outlets, offering endless opportunities for adventure and exploration.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with stainless steel stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker and all the necessary appliances to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or step outside to the deck with plenty of seating and enjoy the serene lake main channel views. When it's time to unwind, cozy up by the fireplace or catch your favorite shows on the smart TV with satellite/cable channels.

Indulge in one of the outdoor pools or the new sandy beach perfect for cooling off on warm days. The pools, beach and playground are all within walking distance of the condo. For your convenience, the condo also features a washing machine and dryer, ensuring you can pack light and travel stress-free.

The large primary bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite full bathroom and stunning lake views from the sliding glass doors. The other 2 bedrooms each offer a queen size bed. We also have an new sofa sleeper, air mattress, sleeping bags and pack n play for additional sleeping options.

Fantastic condo

We had a great stay in this condo for our first trip to the Lake of the Ozarks. Prime location. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. We spent most of our time out on the covered deck listening to the waves hit the rocks below and watching the boats go by. Definitely will look into staying here again when we return.

I’d like to first say our stay was ok and we were comfortable. Wi-Fi works great. But….. we were notified 1 day before our stay that the condo had been sold, we could have another 3 bedroom just as good, so we took it. First, the new condo was downstairs, which we were not told, the condo we rented was supposed to be “no steps”. When arriving the floor was dirty, crumbs etc. I ran the Roomba to vacuum immediately. The master bath shower rug was filthy, thankfully there is a washer & dryer so I washed it. The master bath bed sheets had hairs so had to wash those too before going to bed. The refrigerator was in need of being wiped out and lots of old condiments left in fridge, no one wants that nasty stuff. Both sliding deck doors had the locks broken, instead of fixing they put door wedge rods in them. Sliding door tracks were filthy and gross. Could not get any TV without signing into my streaming service, no over air or cable that we could find and no instructions left about tv. Second day the door lock would not work. Communication with caretaker was back and forth for at least 2 hours and finally had to leave without locking door. As we suggested, the batteries needed changed. Bedroom at end of hall was very dusty and had a stain on wall and carpet behind door. To wrap up, cleaning need a big upgrade! Communication about condo sold was almost nonexistent. I cannot recommend this place.

This condo has beautiful sweeping views of the main channel of the lake. Large patio with seating for 10 people and a grill was perfect for our family! The three queen beds are great for adults or couples. A big benefit of this unit is the level entrance to the condo. One family member has breathing issues so he had no problem getting to/from the car to the front door. That is rare in the large condo associations on Ozark Lake. We had a great time, and I highly recommend it. Great sunrise too!

Very nice condo! We had a couple electrical issues: deck ceiling fan and the dryer weren’t working. We notified the owner, and she appreciated that we let her know.The complex is huge but very conveniently located.We had a beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful main channel views

Beautiful condo directly facing main channel! It a walk in unit from the parking lot! We had a couple hiccups but the property owner was super easy to work with and had our issue resolved in no time! The unit also faces north so you don’t get blinded in the morning or evening sun! Perfect place to stay! Will definitely be back!

In 2021 we purchased a condo at the Ledges Condominiums located in Osage Beach at the Lake of the Ozarks. I formed Lesser Management Company and Serenity Property Management, LLC. I manage our condo along with my parents 3 rental condos.
