Not Worth the Premium PriceFor 7,300 a week, I expected the basics to work flawlessly — they didn’t.The refrigerator was out for our first 24 hours, which is a real problem when you’ve just stocked groceries for a family. Lost about 250 bucks worth of food.The internet was essentially nonexistent the entire stay. Some might say “you’re at the beach, who needs WiFi?” — but with kids, and in the evenings after outdoor activities wind down, reliable internet is a reasonable expectation at this price point, not a luxury.The elevator, an amenity we specifically valued for hauling bags and gear upstairs, was spotty and unreliable throughout the week.The location and the house itself have potential, but when you’re charging premium rates, the amenities need to match. Ours simply didn’t. I’d think twice before booking again unless these issues are addressed

Beautiful Getaway

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay! Everything was as described. Great location, open layout, kitchen well stocked, easy access to fence yard. The elevator was a nice addition for loading and unloading groceries & luggage, etc. We also took advantage of the corn hole and ping pong games. Keurig wasn't mentioned but was a nice surprise (realized it was in pics after the fact). Would love to visit again!
