Novasol is de eigenaar en we hebben al de eerste aankomstdag een klacht ingediend. Het huis en ook buiten was ontzettend vies, tuinmeubilair aan het verweren waardoor het afgaf, de airco hebben we niet durven gebruiken, zo smerig was het. We hebben doorgegeven dat ze het huis eens moeten controleren, zodat ze zelf zien hoe sleets en vies het is en het niet waardig om voor de prijs die wij betaald hebben, te verhuren.
