- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a furnished balcony to get some fresh air.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee Machine, Refrigerator, Oven, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
For your daily errands, a supermarket "Carrefour Market Paris Charonne" is just 4 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- Place de la Nation, a 13-minute walk;
- the Palais Garnier, 29 minutes by metro;
- the Louvre museum at 28 minutes;
- the Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral at 31 minutes, and many more.

The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends from the places of the Bastille to the Nation and the Republic squares. Far from being uniform, it is homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experiment.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, with numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals as well as the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.

Metro/Bus: buses 76 and 71 (down the building)
Metro Line 9 (Charonne) and 2 (Alexandre Dumas): about 5 min walk.
From the airport of Charles de Gaule: bus 351 to Nation
From Gare de Lyon: 25 minutes walk
