431 Jazmine is a HUGE beautiful house that served our extended family well for our pre-Christmas reunion. John and Calvin were very helpful and responsive.

The house was good! The game room upstairs was fun and the beds slept comfortably. There wasn’t many places to park but we knew that before we booked the particular house. The best part of the stay was the honesty of the owner and cleaner. We left leaving our PlayStation 5 upstairs and the sweet ppl mailed it back to us. We are so grateful and appreciative! Thank you for a great stay and honesty!

The place was great!! Very spacious!! Plenty of room for our group of 11people!! The upstairs was a plus separating the kids from the adults as far as watching tv and they loved the air hockey game!! ( even though it was on it’s last leg 😂). Will definitely stay her again!!

Good House to Rent

The house was very clean throughout, ample space to entertain and relax during our stay. Missing a kitchen table set and basic cleaning tools( broom, cleaning towels etc.) Additional area of concerns was exterior landscaping and deck. Both areas need attention and cleaning. Over all stay was good.

Bad Start...Good End

The start of our trip was bad. When we made it tot he house there was a broken winder so we though there may have been a break in. After finally getting to the property manager we were able to get someone over to check out the house. I didn't want to get blamed for the window break. Turns out 2 weeks before there was a wind storm that damaged the window and the broken glass was all over the foyer. Also the house had not been cleaned maybe since the last booking. It was not cleaned before our stay else they would have already taken care of the broken window and freshed up the place. The 3-4 hour standstill was not pleasing. Also the Bed in the Master bedroom was broken when we made it there. by the third night it was obvious. I saw a previous review about it being broken but heck we were already there. The properly manager stated that it was fixed but I sent pictures of the shoddy repair work. That Bed needs to be replaced. My wife and I ended up sleeping sideways on the bed the final night because we didn't want it to completely break down. If this would have been a hotel I would have left plus their other location could not accommodate for the amount of people. If those things were taken care of before our trip it would have been awesome. After the glass was swept, broken window was covered in plastic, we cleaned up, & washed all of the bedding ourselves the stay was good.

Poor Maintenance/Cleanliness but Lots of Space

The property was lacking in cleanliness, especially at the price point. There are cobwebs everywhere - from front door to back door, and every window in the house. One of the lamp shades had a cob web. One bed felt as though it had crumbs or sand inside of it. Another bed had a dead bug on it. Additionally, the bed in the downstairs master suite came unhinged during a couple's intimate moment. The floors were not clean and seemed to not have been swept or mopped in a good while. Many of the overhead lights did not work. The light at the stairs, which also appeared dirty, had a shortage. The light inside the toilet space for the downstairs master was not functional and the fan sounded as though it were in need of repair. Prior reviews warned of no storage space, as the rooms as bare, but we were ill-prepared to endure having our things on the ground given the dirty floors. Overall, the space met our needs. However, are experience was woefully disappointing - primarily due to poor maintenance/cleaning.

What's on the inside is what matter.

Home was overall very clean. The outside could be pressure washed, using the back deck was not something I would recommend due to its condition. The inside was fully remodeled and very clean. There was plenty of space to accommodate our party of 11. Me and the family enjoyed the home and would definitely consider using the property again if we take another trip to that area.

Lots of space, a little wear and tear

We are so pleased to find a space for a family get -together! We had three family units coming together plus grandparents, and we all fit great (ages 8-15, 41-78). We loved the common spaces both on the first floor and on the second floor. We loved that there were 4 full bathrooms, which made one for each family unit. Also, parking in the driveway was enough for four cars, which we needed. The kitchen seemed to be missing a few items - no 13x9in pan, and in that house size one might expect 2. Also, we made it work with the plates and spoons we had, but we definitely could have used more. The air hockey table upstairs and the space and the tv were great for the kids & teenagers. The room with the two queens was spacious for all our boys. They were so pleased to have a big sleepover. I loved the faux wood floors throughout, but they were pretty dirty. Our families are all in the habit of taking shoes off when we get inside, and it seemed like our feet all got dirty from walking around the house. There were a few awkward things in the house. Like the light in the downstairs bathroom off the master above the toilet was out. The upstairs hallway bathroom’s toilet paper dispenser was installed a little wonky. The first floor front room/bedroom has double French doors with full windows (so we hung dark sheets from them that we brought from home for privacy) and one of the doors doesn’t shut properly. It was hot in AL that weekend, and the AC worked great! Phew. We really loved all the SPACE and the place to be together away from home. Thank you for sharing your property with us!
