Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

-Check out time is 10:00 AM -Please place all used towels and sheets on the washer/dryer and leave bifold door open - load and turn on dishwasher before you leave .

-Empty refrigerator -return key to lock box and lock all the doors and windows -Empty Trash Recycle into containers on side of house; , and set AC up to 73° when you leave…

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-Must be 25 years or older to book - No Parties/ Events; respect that people live below and above you -No pets -Set AC to 72 degrees when departing

-DO NOT use Propane Grill on the Deck; use on lawn side of staircase and store against house on same side as garbage cans

-Please place all used towels and sheets on the washer/dryer -Empty Trash into container on side of house; please put trash out for Mon/Thurs AM
