Enjoy a room with a riverview at this centrally
located downtown suite.
This 2019 modern lower floor unit has 1 bedroom with queen and living room with small dinette and queen sofa sleeper.
We are in the heart of the historic district.
Just a short stroll to boutiques, tasting
rooms & restaurants. The Event Center &
Waterfront Park are in view & easy walking
distance. Water & mountain sports are a short drive away.

Guest access to the suite is by stairs and sidewalk. You have one reserved parking spot directly across from the 703 State St townhome, which is located directly across from 616 State St. Brimstone/ climbing Gym. There is a short walk down steps to the 703 Oak Street entrance. Find descriptive pictures and diagram in photos. Upon request a secure space for outdoor sports equipment is across from your parking spot. No outdoor equipment allowed inside the suite. No smoking, vaping allowed inside or out on porch.


The suite is equipped with a kitchenette utensils, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker & hot water kettle. No ice chests on hardwood floors. Each room has a smart TV. One bedroom with queen bed and the living room has a small dinette with queen sofa sleeper with 3 inch topper that will be made-up upon request.
The deep tub bathroom is independent from both rooms.
Easy access with lockbox next to ring doorbell.
Easy walking to downtown on Oak St. just outside the front door. This property is not wheelchair accessible.

Clean, convenient location. The 7am wakeup call from the groundskeeper's gas leaf blower was annoying though. Beds were comfy and shower was good.

We’re sorry for such a early morning wake up from the HOA gardeners. We understand how frustrated that unexpected wakeup would be. I appreciate you bringing It to my attention. Our gardeners normally arrive in the afternoon twice a month. I have no explanation why they would have arrived so early. We’ll certainly have that addressed so that we provide a comfortable stay for future guests. Safe journey in you travels:)

Great little place, easy to get around and very comfortable and quiet. Kitchen area is quite small, but there are lots of good restaurants/food trucks nearby. Communication with Host is smooth, friendly and helpful. They had some great tips for things in the area. I would happily stay here again.

This was a great place that was easily walkable to everywhere in Hood River. Also, beautiful views and very accommodating host. Would highly recommend this for couples and solo travelers.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect…we were able to walk to all our favorite Hood River spots! The unit was clean and bright and had everything we needed. We loved being able to drink our coffee while looking at the river. Theresa was a great communicator and awesome host! Will definitely stay here again.

The place is a great spot and very walkable to everything in Hood River. We stayed with our 2 kids for 2 nights and had plenty of room for a smaller place. It’s very clean and comfortable and would recommend to anyone visiting. We were able to store our bikes in a section of the garage that was very helpful also.

Great location! We could see some of the fireworks from the patio. A bit cramped for 4 adults (parents with two adult kids) when the pull out is open. We brought an extra sleeping pad. Spent much of our time out enjoying the city.

This Apt was great! Very easy to walk everywhere and clean. Linens and bed were comfy and water was hot. it was very quiet. There was road noise but it was more a white noise vibe. You do have to walk down steps with luggage from the parking area, it was totally fine for us- but FYI. The pull out couch/living room is in a room with a door that closes and the bathroom is separate from both rooms- so easy enough to share and have privacy. It would be great to have black out blinds in the designated bedroom- but overall super comfortable stay!

Weekend to visit beautiful Hood River

We had an amazing hike at Mosier Plateau trail with all the Wildflowers. Plus, Soltice Wood fired Pizza.. wonderful!!

Wonderful stay

Myself and two daughters opted for this wonderful property over a hotel. It was perfect for our little getaway during the holiday season. We loved the location to all of the great shopping and restaurants Hood River has to offer and easy access to our daily skiing on Mt. Hood. Highly recommended!

You can walk easily to the historic downtown area for shopping, food and drink. Walking to the River Front park and event center is not far either. By car it is a short distance to Mount Hood, Mount Adams and so many Columbia River Scenic locations. Fabulous water falls are close by. Many biking trails. River rafting on the White Salmon and the Deschutes River.
