The Space:

Right in the heart of Hood River, this chic, modern loft offers easy access to both urban delights and natural wonders. Step right out your front door and walk to dozens of cafés, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and boutiques, or hop on the Mt. Hood Railway, just down the street, for a sightseeing excursion. In the warm months, you’ll have easy access to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, fishing, rafting, windsurfing, kitesurfing, and sailing, and in the winter, skiing at Mt. Hood awaits about 30 miles south.



At home, you’ll find soaring ceilings, an open layout, and stylish, comfortable furnishings. Let the beams of natural light offer you a gentle wake-up, then step into the sleek kitchen, boasting gleaming stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, to make some breakfast. Stay in and enjoy the beautiful views while relaxing in the hammock on your rooftop patio or grab your favorite book and nestle into the window bench to get lost. When the day winds down, get the group together and enjoy your favorite beverages back upstairs on the patio with the fire table keeping everyone toasty. Loved the downtown location and the cool layout. Bedroom was very comfortable, had all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately the HVAC system cannot be ran as it is incredibly loud and in desperate need of repair. Also a bummer is our car wouldn’t fit down the driveway so we had to park a block away and carry all our bags over. Not bad for an easy one night stay

The rooftop patio was wonderful place to watch the sunset. Beautiful home! Very convenient to walking to shops/restaurants in Hood River. Tight parking if you have a larger car.

Nice modern flat

Really enjoyed our stay here. No problems with noise. Liked having a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. Loved being able to walk to dinner.

Fantastic location right by shops and restaurants of Hood River. Large and updated master bedroom and master bath. Other bedrooms are quite small. 2nd shower is very small. Nice, updated kitchen, dining area and living room…with lots of space. No remote control for garage so didn’t have access to garage, and we had to pay for street parking.

Location was super close to town and easy walking to everywhere we wanted to go. The house is lovely (lots of stairs) and super clean. We really appreciated the rooftop garden area! Easy to check in and out. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, cool loft

The loft had everything we needed and more. It was super clean and comfortable. We didn't have any issue with parking, in a Subaru forester we had plenty of space in the garage. The views are amazing and the rooftop was a great bonus for stargazing. The train noise didn't bother us at all, we really enjoyed watching it go by. Walking distance to all the fun shops and restaurants.

Gorgeous loft in downtown Hood River

We really enjoyed our stay here. Noise was mentioned in some of the other reviews, but it wasn't an issue for us. It was great to have a living space so close to everything. We walked virtually everywhere. The kitchen was well-appointed and the appliances top-notch. The bed was VERY comfortable. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

In-Town Convenience

I loved being so close to the center of town. Plus it is not a far walk to the park by the river. Inside the unit, the bedrooms were fine although I had to get used to all the steps. Ha! The rooftop terrace was the highlight of being there. We could sit out there at the end of the day and easily relax. This was a really nice place.

The property is really nice with a great view of the Columbia River. Convenient to shops and restaurants in Hood River. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooftop balcony is a great place to watch the sunset. The unit is well insulated so that you barely hear the trains. 3rd bedroom is very small (we didn’t use it so it wasn’t a problem. And garage parking is great but only if you have a smaller car. Would definitely recommend this property

The townhouse was beautiful and the location was great! Street parking was fairly easy to find. I was concerned about the noise from the trains based on reading other reviews, but it was not an issue at all. The only reason I did not give this a five-star rating was due to the size of the beds. The listing states it can sleep 6, but definitely not six full grown adults (would be just fine for kids). The two smaller beds are definitely more of a full size instead of Queens. We managed with using an air mattress and the couch for sleeping. The couch was surprisingly comfortable! Overall it was a great weekend and i would stay here again.

Great place, close to many amenities

Great place. No hot water on arrival but we found the water heater on the top floor and turned it on. Townhouse is within a few blocks of many restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc. town is extremely walkable.
