Erin was an amazing host. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and kept us up to date on an impending blizzard. The Ephraim House is just as impressive in person as in the photos. It's a great size for larger groups, is clean and well-maintained, and has a wonderful open kitchen and greatroom floorplan. Downtown Ephraim is easy walking distance from the house, yet you feel completely surrounded by nature when you are looking out the windows or sitting on the deck. Highly recommend!

If I could give this house 10 stars I would!! The hosts are extremely accommodating , the home is stocked with everything you could possibly need which made it feel like home! We could not be happier with our stay here! Thank you Erin and John! Also…it has some pretty awesome accent walls(;
This is a great house in a wonderful location. We were 3 generations gathering for a summer get-away so the house was laid out great for all ages. Loved all the water equipment for the beach with fun fire-pit and hot tub in back yard. Erin (the host) was fabulous and even recovered a lost toy by our 3 year old who was thrilled to get it returned to him. We will hope to stay again!
We had an amazing stay for Thanksgiving weekend. The Ephraim House was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty of space for meals, games and relaxing. The house is beautifully decorated, new and clean. They have really thought of every detail to make your stay perfect, and they have so many supplies and household essentials available for use. We will be back!

This was our second stay as a family at the Ephraim House and it was as good as the first time. The house is spectacular and located a short walk or bike from the Ephraim waterfront. It is spacious, new, and well kept with lots of activities. The hosts are incredible -- very responsive and have great advice for taking advantage of time in Door County. Strong recommend -- it is an extraordinary place.
Great launchpad for an exceptional Door County adventure.
The home was lovely, and the location couldn't be better. Within walking distance to the bay and Ephraim shops. The home had an abundance of equipment to meet the needs of guests of all ages. I enjoyed biking to nearby Peninsula state park. Our five-year-old grandchildren appreciated the small touches such as the books provided in the bunk bed shelves and the opportunity to create smores on the fire table on the balcony. Erin was an extremely solicitous host who smoothed over any glitches that arose.
First of all, right from the start after booking this beautiful home, the owner Erin, was so incredibly responsive. The demeanor of the owner can make such a big difference in the overall experience of renting a home. She was WONDERFUL!! So helpful, friendly, and truly cares about your experience and that you and your group will have a great time!
The house is fantastic, couldn't ask for a better location. Will definitely stay here again.
Hidden Gem! Great location - short walk to Ephraim - shops and restaurants. The house has everything you need and more! There were 12 of us - ages 70+ to 1 1/2. Everyone loved the house - Our host Erin could not have been more helpful. You will not be disappointed.
Just WOW! We stayed here for a family wedding weekend and we could not have asked for a better place! The home is beautiful and the hosts are more than you could ask for. We were checked in on via message a few times making sure there was nothing we could need and we were able to have a late checkout which gave us just a few more hours to recover after a great wedding! Can’t wait to come back!
Our group enjoyed a Friendsgiving getaway at this property and had a fantastic time. Everything is exactly as described and Erin was incredibly responsive and communicative. Her instructions on how to access the property were detailed and clear. She even offered to ship a pair of pants that our friend’s son left behind.
The house is very comfortable and the kids had a blast in the hot tub and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Highly recommend!
We had a lovely week with extended family at this well-located, well-kept, well-equipped and lovely house. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly over text. Best Vrbo owner I have ever dealt with. Zero complaints about anything. Really comfortable and cozy house. They went out of their way to supply a lot of things that usually are not found at rentals homes like lots of couch throw blankets, tissue boxes, baskets to keep your toiletries in, a lily pad, and Tupperware.
Annual Door County birthday celebration for my wife with her 4 sisters and spouses
We had 5 couples stay at the house for a great 3 day weekend. The same group has been coming to Door County in January to celebrate my wife's birthday for over 20 years. Everyone in our group loved the Ephraim House! Everything was so clean and furnished nicely. The kitchen was extra nice and everyone loved the large gas fireplace on the cold January nights. Good location and close to restaurants and shopping. We are hoping to return to Ephraim House in the future. 5 stars.

We are orginally from the Green Bay Area, which is where our love for Door County began as children.
We absolutely love everything Door County has to offer, from its charming towns to its natural beauty. We've spent summers since childhood enjoying the scenic views, taking part in outdoor waterfront activities, and exploring the unique shops activities, and restaurants.
Some of our fondest memories were made right here in Door County. One of our first dates was at the Skyway Drive-In in Fish Creek, and we even got engaged in the breathtaking Peninsula State Park. These special moments have made Door County a place of great significance for us.
We have a deep passion for Door County, and we want to share that love with others. Hosting allows us to welcome guests and help them experience the beauty and joy of Door County with their own friends and family. We truly enjoy working with our guests to make their stay extra special and create lasting memories for them.

Our properties in Sister Bay allow our guests to experience a different side of Door County. From enjoying live music and events in the heart of the village to exploring the waterfront, Sister Bay provides an energetic and dynamic atmosphere.
