A dreamy coastal vacation awaits when you choose this 17th-floor condo at Ocean Reef Resort for your home base! Take in magnificent ocean views of the endless horizon from the spacious covered balcony, appointed with alfresco dining. The views continue in the open-concept living space, which offers a sofabed, and TV. A sparkling kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and a four-person kitchen bar. A dining table also seats the group for home-cooked meals.

Both bedrooms provide en-suite bathrooms and a flat-screen TV. The main bedroom features ocean views and balcony access. On-site amenities at Ocean Reef include a shared heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, and sundeck. You can also enjoy the 330 feet of private beach frontage exclusive to Ocean Reef guests.

It was pretty nice except for the elevator situation with only one out of 3 that worked and the master bedroom television had no remote or any kind of cable or satellite or anything to hook up to it to watch tv. Other than that it was a nice stay with a nice beach front view with pretty much anything else you needed for a few nights stay.

Room was good. Clean. Washer stops after it fills, but just lift lid and drop it back down and it works. The dryer is terrible. Be ready to restart it alot to get clothes dry. Lint filter was clean. Love the easy beach access. Only one elevator working, but at least we went during non peak time. Would stay here again

We love this location, the condo room itself is perfect for our family. The beach is gorgeous and we love how close we are to some great restaurants, attractions, and the airport. The staff is friendly as well! The downsides… The day we arrived, only two of the three elevators were working. By day 3 of our week long stay, that narrowed down to ONE working elevator. And guess what. That one operational elevator would randomly quit. So we had to walk up and down 17 flights of steps with a toddler and an infant. My friend who was staying with us has a bad knee, she could barely walk by the time we went home. I reached out to the rental company, but apparently the elevators are run by the HOA, and there was nothing they could do to help. It was incredibly frustrating, made me never want to go back. The cooking pots/pans in 1702 are very outdated, one of the pans was so warped that it couldn’t even lay flat on the stovetop. The DVD player in the living room wasn’t connected to the TV. My husband got it all working, only to realize that it needed a remote to actually play DVDs. We searched that entire condo and couldn’t find the remote. Honestly the elevators are the biggest problem we had with this place. I truly wish it wasn’t such an issue because the place itself is beautiful and we love staying there.

1702 Coral Reef

Beautiful views of the Gulf and nice patio. I will never rent it again wasted a lot of time waiting on elevators. Three elevators and one was broke down, and permit for elevators expired a year ago. Fire Department had to come and get kids out that was stuck on elevator. Horrible would not recommend this place .

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO..

I typically strive to give good reviews but that’s not happening here. Very dirty and dingy. When we arrived, I was baffled at how gross the place was. Thick dust literally everywhere, gross brown and green liquid in the fridge, disgusting bath tubs with hair in them, sand from previous people on the couch, holes in the walls, chipped paint… just not what you want to walk into starting your vacation. Customer service is a nightmare but they said they came back and cleaned but we still had the stuff in the fridge, dust on the doorways, etc. We spent 3 days back and forth until finally a property supervisor called me and still hasn’t finalized anything with me based on the complaints. At one point they tried to say I was refusing services which makes no sense because why would I continuously call if I was refusing for things to be handled? The elevators were down at least once a day sometimes up to a 30 min wait. You are not allowed to use their amenities if you arrive early or your assigned parking spot. Few good things: good location close to all the things, nice kitchen, they have some beach chairs if you need them, and the beautiful view of the beach. But….Overall, maybe skip this one. I don’t feel like anything is taken seriously here whatsoever and I’ll probably never hear back or have things fully rectified which is very disappointing.

Beach access was great. Elevators didn’t work most of the week.

We loved being close to the beach , having a washer and dryer, a lot of space and having a parking spot. I wish the safety issue of the elevators could have been rectified.

Much needed rest and relaxation

The condo and complex was perfect. We enjoyed our first time in Panama City. The location was great because it was in walking distance of restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Highly recommend.

Great views from the 17th floor!!!

Pros: Extremely clean, spacious, wonderful amenities, everything my family needed. Location was awesome you can walk to tons of entertainment. You have your personal parking spot. Hot tub was heavenly... Heated indoor pool and a out door pool!!!Cons: The electric stove front 2 burners did not work. Making it extremely difficult for my wife to feed 2 kids and a husband. I notified the building management and they told me they were going to swap out the stove. For me to "HOLD" 3 days later nothing was done.FYI: For a 5 day stay we only got 2 garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Need to purchase extra bags and toilets paper. Also 2 rolls of paper towels.

Great view and location

Condo was not bad given the view of the gulf and the location. It is an older condominium building but not terrible. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars completely is due to the fact the company had someone call me while I was out with my family on vacation telling me there would be patio furniture delivered during our stay. The woman who called was very rude and acted as if my questioning this event while we are staying there was not a bother to her. Needless to say she acted as if my concerns was no issue to her and didn’t give me an option to refuse. After talking to my husband about the issue. I reached out to guest services and I’m thankful to them for listening and making sure the delivery didn’t happen. I was very upset on this matter. We have used many condos through this company and VRBO and never had this issue. The part that made it upsetting is that my family and I were only staying 3 nights and I thought to myself surly this can be done while customers are not in the condo and to add this was our first time visiting PCB. Honestly me and my husband are not going to let one rude person working for this company ruin us using them again. I just appreciate them making it right. But overall the stay was nice and excess to the condo was very easy and someone did call the next day making sure everything was going smoothly. We loved PCB and can’t wait to come back.

Great Stay...Very Clean

This was the cleanest condo we have stayed in on the beach. The condo had a big balcony and plenty of room. The furniture is starting to get a little tired. We loved the size of the resort. We usually stay in larger resorts. We also like the security. Overall a great stay.

Overall good stay

All around great stay. Very clean condo. We did run out of toilet paper the day before we left. We also had issues when we came home one day after being out and the entire condo smelled like Marijuana and none of us smoke anything. We had to deal with this odor the rest of our stay. Another issue was not having cable, so we were not able to watch TV. This was an issue seeing how we are avid football watchers. Also the TV's in the bedrooms are useless. There is absolutely nothing hooked up to them. I'm not even sure why they are even available if you can't use them.

Great stay!

The condo was perfect! The balcony was huge and had perfect views of the beach, sunrises, and sunsets! 2 pools, a hot tub, and sauna were fun amenities for my husband and I and our 2 teens. The beach wasn't crowded and the condo is in walking distance to restaurants. We will be back! Thank you!

Great Stay in Panama City Beach

Nice Place, The Beach was very nice and not overcrowded, Pools and Hot Tub were well maintained. Close to popular restaurants and 5 minutes from the Pier area.
