Incredible View!! We had a great week in PCB! The property is in need of a little TLC. Both king size beds are very used and sink in the middle of the bed. The bathrooms could use a deep cleaning, the baseboards and behind the toilets are really dirty. The shower heads are very old and barely spray water. Some minor cheap fixes could make this unit way more enjoyable. Also, in the pictures there are loungers on the balcony. This isn’t the case, there is only four chairs and a table. I booked this so I could lay on the patio lounger to recover from a surgery and still be able to enjoy the beach views. I would stay here again, given they update it.

Beach access condo every employee was supper nice and friendly everything was great except the elevators. Slow is one thing, but these were breaking down all week with several people gett8ng stuck. One was said to have not been working for over a year. This is very unacceptable and for this reason alone I would not stay here again unless they were replaced.

Great location and view.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is nice, great view. Our tv in the living room didn’t work the whole 5 nights we were there, messaged the host daily and he said he was waiting on maintenance, never showed, had some pretty upset kids. Also, the dryer takes about two hours to dry a load of laundry.

Relaxing and affordable

We stayed about a week in the ocean reef condominium. We had no issues with parking, the beach access was very nice with a mat that led out to the beach, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The tv didn’t turn on in the living room and the garbage disposal didn’t work, but other than that everything was modern and provided the comfort we needed away from home. The pictures are very accurate and the view of the ocean is perfect from the balcony. 100% would stay again.

Enjoyed stay

The condo was like the pictures but were disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors and the vents. Floors were sirty our feet stayed dirty and toddler knees and the vent has somensort of blackish mold in them in the livi groom area. No luggage carts was a disappointment band the elevators were broken most of the stay. Area very nice

Overall was nice

Thought the property was nice. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect score was due to three things. One, we had NO tv while we were there. We had to buy DVD's to get through the week. The disappointment was NO beach tv. I called two or three times and nothing was corrected. That is a huge deal at night time for our family. Two, there was a fake eyelashes that was stuck to a comforter but, I see how that can happen. The dryer in the unit did not work well, It took three tries to dry things. I did think the condo was nice. I did not want to come across negative because the unit is really nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect, plenty of things to do within walking distance. Beds we comfortable. View incredible! Being on the 22nd floor I was worried about waiting on elevators but never waited at all! Plates, cups, and bowels were limited if you have 6 guests but otherwise the best fully stocked kitchen we’ve ever had. There is no pantry or shelving for groceries. No icemaker. Stackable washer and dryer and the dryer takes a very long time to dry. Balcony furniture was only table and chairs (not lounge chairs). None of these things are a deterrent that I wouldn’t book this place again just trying to leave honest review.

Beach Paradise

This property is really nice. We love the Ocean Reef and have stayed there multiple times. This was our first time in this particular condo. We were very pleased. The condo is decorated cute, it was clean, plenty of kitchen utensils etc. no complaints! The parking garage is tight if you’re driving a bigger vehicle, but doable. The overflow parking is right across the street and not bad overall. We only had issues one night finding a spot to park and the security guard was very nice and helpful. There was weather all week with a little rain and rough riptide waters, so we enjoyed the pool a lot! I had one small issue with the pool being closed while there and was able to speak to the general manager Rusty, and I felt he handled the issue well, so no complaints there either. We will stay here again!

Loved it!

Absolutely loved the location of the condo, having assigned parking, self check in, condo was clean, nice decor, the staff were friendly (very impressed). The balcony is huge which makes for an amazing experience itself! I'd like to see a new bed in the master bedroom, it was very uncomfortable and noisy. Both bathrooms could use new shower heads. The lounger needs replaced on the balcony as well. Would love to make this a regular vacay option, it was fabulous overall!

Cleanliness

When I arrived I discovered very dirty vents, and mold on the registers. I could smell the mold. There were streaks on the living room wall where moisture ran down from the vents. There was no hair dryer, but one was gotten after they came to clean. The parking garage is very tight.

Perfect location

Our stay was really good! Perfect location and walking distance to so many places. The one thing you should know ahead of time is that there is bare minimum at the condo. So when ordering groceries or whatever you choose make a list first and Walmart will delivery quickly. We definitely had to order more toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, salt/pepper etc. kitchen is fullly stocked with pans but had to get ziplock for food on the beach. No coolers either so plan ahead. I did happen to bring my beach towels which are also not provided in the condo and left them there since they go rust all over them from the old and rusted chairs provided. Be careful of the boardwalk into the mesh on the beach entrance. I stepped wrong on the soft part of the mesh/sand and resulted in my toe nail getting torn off. I did have to order first aid stuff from Walmart bc the first aid kit didn’t have much. Honestly my friends and I will definitely stay here we will just be more prepared next time. Everyone there whom we ran into was friendly and willing to help.

Worst Rental Experience we’ve ever had

This trip turned out to be a nightmare ! From the moment of check in the condo looked as if there was a break in . Guest bedroom bed was broken, box spring mattress falling apart ,actual mattress was stiff as a board , stains on the sheets , vomit on mattress , broken hanging picture on the wall . Red splatter all over the walls that appeared to look like blood throughout the whole condo.Master and guest has no proper linens , sliding screen door was hanging off , stains and dust all over curtains and also broken. Kitchen had dirty appliances , which couldn’t be used it was so gross, and kitchen table chairs were broken . The condo states newly remodeled , not sure how old that listing is but was not the case for us . The details of listing needs to be updated . We called the moment we checked in and we were told by the rental property ECDI to send email and it took 4 days of us calling and emailing to get a reply . There was no other bookings available and we spent the first night cleaning 61/2 hours and supplying items we were in need of . We’re still dealing with the rental agency as we speak . I would keep scrolling and find other rooms available at this condo because the building is wonderful , just a crappy rental agency for this particular condo . If I was the owner , I’d spend the money and provide good quality mattresses , bedding linens , pots, pans and replace when needed . I’d also look for a more responsible rental agency who can maintain property .
