This trip turned out to be a nightmare ! From the moment of check in the condo looked as if there was a break in . Guest bedroom bed was broken, box spring mattress falling apart ,actual mattress was stiff as a board , stains on the sheets , vomit on mattress , broken hanging picture on the wall . Red splatter all over the walls that appeared to look like blood throughout the whole condo.Master and guest has no proper linens , sliding screen door was hanging off , stains and dust all over curtains and also broken. Kitchen had dirty appliances , which couldn’t be used it was so gross, and kitchen table chairs were broken . The condo states newly remodeled , not sure how old that listing is but was not the case for us . The details of listing needs to be updated . We called the moment we checked in and we were told by the rental property ECDI to send email and it took 4 days of us calling and emailing to get a reply . There was no other bookings available and we spent the first night cleaning 61/2 hours and supplying items we were in need of . We’re still dealing with the rental agency as we speak . I would keep scrolling and find other rooms available at this condo because the building is wonderful , just a crappy rental agency for this particular condo . If I was the owner , I’d spend the money and provide good quality mattresses , bedding linens , pots, pans and replace when needed . I’d also look for a more responsible rental agency who can maintain property .
