➞ Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading

➞ Guest Verification: For building security, the primary guest must complete a quick ID verification/background check before check-in. Only the primary guest is required, and the ID name must match the reservation.
