Inside, you'll find lovely hardwood floors, beadboard accents, and a tin ceiling, highlighting some of the original architectural features. Split-unit air conditioning keeps you comfortable on warmer summer days, and the close proximity to the ocean makes this an ideal vacation spot.
Step outside to the private backyard, perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air and firing up the gas grill for a casual cookout. This property is pet-friendly, and well-behaved pets are always welcome. Linens are included for your convenience.

Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property or premises, propane refills for the grill are not provided, and fireplaces are for decorative use only and cannot be operated.

Fabulous location

We had a lovely week staying at this well-stocked cottage in a perfect location. If we head back to the area, we would stay here again.

Great beach house and perfect location! The view and proximity to the beach/short sands was a 5 minute walk. There is a bedroom on the first floor with a full sized bed and 3 rooms on the second floor with bathroom. Front porch was perfect and we used it a lot. There was a great grill (looked brand new) and a washer/dryer in the kitchen which was very helpful. The house was well stocked with all of the things one might need ..including sheets and towels! Bonus was that the house allowed dogs and our dogs loved it :). 10/10 recommend this beach house !! Lastly, long driveway and parking for 4-5 cars depending on the size

Exactly what we wanted!

We had 8 people and two dogs. Size and layout of the cottage was exactly what we needed for our family. Dogs were welcome and very comfortable. Amazing view from the porch. Location couldn’t have been better. So close to everything. We loved it! One shower was a little challenging but we made it work. The outside shower helped a lot. Adorable back yard area with a fire pit. Really was just right.

Great location!

The cottage was as described and the view from the enclosed porch was fabulous. Just a 2 minute walk to beach. We were disappointed that the washing machine was broken. Several calls to management company but nothing was resolved. We wonder how long the machine was inoperable. We packed light because of the washing machine and had to go to the laundromat several times.Very inconvenient.
