This house is ideally located, close to the town center and beaches. It includes a living room with a television, a kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, a gas stove (4 gas burners and gas oven), a dishwasher, and a microwave. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed leads to a second bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a 90 cm trundle bed. A bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. A large wooded garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and barbecue are available. Parking is available on the public highway. Housekeeping is provided by the tenant.
