vacances de rêve

Impression générale très bonne. Vue et cadre exceptionnels. Jardin très agréable. Activités dans la propriété de grande qualité: pig-pong, baby foot, mini-terrain de tennis, approprié pour volley ou badmington. Chemin privé pour descendre à la plage proche (à 3-4 minutes à pied). La maison est tout à fait adaptée pour 2 couples avec enfants. Par contre, elle est plus compliquée pour 3 couples (+ enfants) étant donné qu'une des chambres n'a pour ainsi dire pas de lumière. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

Great place

The house was lovely for our two families (4 adults and five kids). With all the fun things to do at the house (tennis, ping pong and a short walk to the beach and store/restaurant) we never needed to leave the place. We had amazing views too! The host is very responsive too. Thanks!

Haus in Traumlage

Die Lage des Hauses war ein Traum: direkt oberhalb eines weitläufigen Sandstrandes mit privatem Zugang zum Strand, am Ende einer Privatstrasse absolut ruhig gelegen. Mehrere Terrassen mit direktem Blick auf Strand und Meer. Man brauchte kein Auto, da über den Strand eine Bar, Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sowie Pizzeria fußläufig erreichbar waren. Wir haben es sehr genossen, alles zu Fuß erledigen zu können, in der Mittagshitze uns ins Haus zurückziehen zu können sowie abends nochmal ins Meer zu gehen, wenn der Strand sich leerte. Das Haus hatte auch einen (etwas verkleinerten) Tennisplatz. Das Haus selber ist nicht mehr das neueste. Da das Leben aber nur auf den Terrassen sowie am Strand stattgefunden hat, hat es uns nicht gestört.

Die Lage des Hauses ist tatsächlich unübertreffbar. Die Villa ist, wie die gesamte Villensiedlung, zirka 35 Jahre alt, gut erhalten und gepflegt. Ein individuell eingerichtetes Haus mit Charme.

Ein absolutes Traumhaus

Nirgendwo in Sardinien habe ich ein vergleichbares Haus gefunden. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Aussicht ist jeden Tag wieder beeindruckend, der schöne Strand nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und flexibel.

Die nette Gruppe von Freunden kommt seid mehreren Jahren in die Villa Maria Francesca. Das Haus ist für sie ideal, da es viel Platz und Verweilmöglichkeiten bietet. Verschiedene Rückzugsorte im Garten, die vielen Sportmöglichkeiten und der nahe Sandstrand lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Ein perfektes Haus für Familien, wie für kleine Gruppen.
