Beautiful Villa in Great Location

The villa is wonderful. Modern, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Great location just a very short walk to Sufi Beach Club. Easy communication with both owner and concierge. Sara our housekeeper was great and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. We can't wait to go back.

Amazing!!

This property. was very clean and so relaxing. Wonderful pool and hot tub...cleaned everyday and the concierge was incredible we didn't want for anything. Anything we requested he made it happen. Great communications by the entire team.

Lovely Villa in Great Location

Jessica, the owner, as well as the concierge, the cooks, and the housekeeper were all wonderful. The Villa is easy walking distance from one of the nicer beach clubs, and has a spacious yard along the golf course. There are ocean views from the side of the upstairs balcony. The villa is comfortable, spacious, and well kept. At the time of this writing, the development has entered a new phase of building, and there was construction right next-door. But this was OK, as there was only noise and traffic during midday. We had a great vacation. We would return to this complex, and to this unit.

Family/Friend Thanksgiving

The pictures do not do this house justice. The kitchen and living space have been completely remodeled and it is beautiful! The concierge was communicative from beginning to end to ensure our stay was perfect. The multiple outdoor spaces and spacious living spaces were great for family games and spending time enjoying the weather. We had an issue on the first night and the handyman was there within 30 minutes to help out. The rental's location is perfect within the gates of Punta Mita, down the street from the Sufi Beach Club. The inclusion of the golf cart was fun for the whole family and helped get us around to all of the beach clubs. Great vacation! We will be back. Thank you!

Perfect location

Everything was perfect for our annual Punta getaway. We have stayed in 4 different Porta Fortuna homes and this one was by far the best.
