Soak it up on the private balcony, or enjoy floods of natural sunlight inside while you bask in central air conditioning. Enjoy cooking together in the modern full kitchen featuring full-size appliances (including a French door fridge) and an elegant prep island that seats five. Younger guests will love unwinding in this home's built-in bunks. Three shared pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts are all available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summer vacation

We stayed at this property the first week in August for our summer vacation. Great condo space that had everything our family needed. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Great location in Santa Rosa and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores, ice cream, bars, etc. Our kids really enjoyed the nice pools at this property and they were clean, warm, and well maintained. We have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again.

Family Beach Week

Location was great! Close to several restaurants and walking distance to beach. The public beach closest to the condo was way too crowded with restrictions on each side not letting people spread out. Had to drive to next nearest public beach to be able to spread out away from others.

Family Fall Break at Gulf Place

We had an overall great stay in this home for a week. When we arrived, we were not sure which building was ours. I phoned for help from the rental management company. They made 2 attempts to send photos of incorrect bldg locations to me via text and email, the call dropped and he never called me back. The google image photos he sent had a bldg pinned that was parallel to 30A with a pool in front. I knew that was not my bldg. I then realized the photos didn’t even have the correct bldg in it. Apparently constructed after the photo was taken. One would think the management company would know where their buildings are. The accommodations were nice. The interior could using a fresh coat of paint as walls were pretty marked up. There was very little glassware in the kitchen. We had to use solo cups all week because there was not enough glasses for the 4 of us. The skillet & spatula we used to cook breakfast both had dried on eggs yet put away as if they were clean. The hot water didn’t last for a complete shower in the shared bathroom and the AC went out on our 2nd to last day. When we realized it, we called management immediately. I started a chat conversation via text as well as spoke to someone on the phone. No one called back as they said they would. It was never fixed. I called again when we checked out to make sure they were aware AC was broken since they had another renter later that day. I was promised a call back and compensation for trouble. I didn’t receive either.

Great place to stay !

Best Family Vacation!

This condo and the location was by far the best place we have stayed in the Destin/30A area! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean and ready to go and lived up to all the pictures. Property management was perfect from the minute we booked all the way to the day we left! Any questions we asked were answered immediately. Private beach access and 3 pools 2 hot tubs to choose from made this an easy choice. It would’ve been nice to have some beach stuff like chairs that came With the rental, but renting umbrella and chairs through 30ashade located at Gulf Place was perfect. Everyday we were set up right at the water, front row, with perfect white sand beach! We will be visiting this location anytime we can get our hands on it.

Perfect location!

Close to so much including the beach. They do need more blankets or thicker bedding. Hit up Pecan Jacks for ice cream and Dunk Gulley for oysters. Would stay here again!

Family vacation

The location of the condo was difficult to find since no buildings are labeled. There was no extra pillows in the condo and the 2 pillows on the master bed were hard and bulky. Also we traveled with small children and there was no manual lock from the inside to lock the door so the only way the door locked was just to close it.. I have never stayed anywhere that did not have a seconday lock on a door. Besides that the condo was located in an area close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants which was nice.

Very Disappointing

THE GOOD - great location. THE BAD - impossible to communicate with Vacasa, the Rental Mgmt Co. Condo was not ready at check in time. Gave the cleaning crew an extra 1-1/2 hours before checking in. THE UGLY - the condo had not been cleaned. Filthy dirty dishes, glasses & silverware in cabinets & drawers. Someone put dirty, wet dishes, glasses & silverware in the cabinets & drawers. Inside the refrigerator was dirty. Rugs were filthy. Main shower was dirty. Condo needs a deep clean. Texted all of this to Rachel with Vacasa. No response. Called Vacasa twice and was put on hold for 10+ minutes. No one answered the phone. Stopped by the onsite Vacasa office twice. Closed both times. Customer NO-service. Didn’t even stay the whole week. Checked out 2 days early.

Wonderful Condo & Location!

This is a perfect spot for anyone! Families, retired couples, etc… super easy access to the beach, shops, food, parking. It was quiet while we were there, so I can’t speak for what it’s like during the busy seasons…but we enjoyed the condo and gulf place. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you!
