Gorgeous, beach front resort, Executive 14th floor high ceiling studio w/ private balcony and jetted tub. Views of the ocean & inter-coastal waterway. The pool-deck with 3 out door pools sit right on the beach. Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna and fitness center also on property. Shopping and great restaurants are within walking distance. Fast WIFI and cable. Free, garage parking, secure building entrance. Condo is thoroughly sanitized after every guest.

** Prices are discounted Due to Hurricane Ian, all pools, tiki bar, restaurant and parking garage are closed. There is beach access still available, also there is a parking lot available for resort guests next door , south to the resort**

Perfect location

The room was amazing with the perfect view for sunrise and sunset views as well as seeing the city lights. Definitely will be booking this room again in the future.

Stressful

The room was good, however the parking situation ruined my trip. The security guard told me i could park in specific area, unfortunately the next shif security called a tow truck to tow my car. Absolutely no room to park, i will never stay here again.

Hello I’m sorry to hear about your parking situation, I know it’s a busy season, and we have limited parking spots, when the resort is 100% occupied. my apologies for the security guard, you are a guest and with your parking pass you could had park in the front or the additional parking lot, you should had also communicated this issue with me at the time of your stay.

Hi, My names is Wael Estfanous, married with 1 child, lives in New York. we started visiting Florida since 2011, and now my family and I visit Florida three to four times a year, we love Florida, specially it's a nice state to scape from harsh weather in winter like NY. we decided to purchase this condo for our own use as well as have other to enjoy the stay there.

The condo is available for longer stay with very discounted price, Also I have a beautiful studio with a king size bed with kitchenet, located on the same 14th floor as the one bedroom condo.
