About this property

Dreamlike Allgäu vacation - relaxation between mountains, castles and lakes.

Our house is in a central and quiet location in Prem and covers approx. 55 m².
The brightly designed apartment is on the 1st Floor of our private house and can accommodate 2 - 3 people.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine.

In our daylight bathroom there is a separate shower, bathtub and toilet.
In the bedroom is a double and travel cot. A pull-out couch is available in the living and dining area.

Fresh towels, bed linen, toilet paper, kitchen rolls, dishes, etc. are of course included.

Our west-facing balcony with a view of the beautiful Allgäu is accessible from the sleeping and living areas. Seating and an umbrella are available.

We offer radio and TV. (WiFi on request)

A parking space is in front of the house. We also have a storage facility for your motorbikes and bicycles or other leisure equipment.

Anglers and nature lovers will also get their money's worth with us: We will be happy to pass on tips and knowledge about local lakes and fish species. On request, fishing cards & boats can be purchased at our surrounding lakes.

For idyllic and interesting walks, extensive cycling and hiking trails are available around Prem. A moor trail can be visited. Information documents u. Hiking maps are available in the apartment.

Enthusiastic water sports enthusiasts will not miss out either. Many small lakes and the Forggensee with a panoramic view of mountains and castles offer a welcome change and invite you to unforgettable hours. We would be happy to help you plan your tour.

A bank, bakery and butcher are only a 3-5 minute walk away.
Our free-range chickens can supply you with fresh breakfast eggs on request.

For a varied holiday there are colorfully mixed excursion destinations for young and old in the immediate vicinity.

Ferienwohnung war soweit in Ordnung, in. der Küchenzeile gibt es leider nur eine Steckdose, was zu dauernden umstecken von Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher führt.Leider war in der Badewanne auch kein Stöpsel. Der Balkon wir mit schönem Ausblick angepriesen,leider sind die Apfelbäume so gross, das man nichts sieht. Um das ganze Haus herum ist es sehr ungepflegt und schmuddelig. Auch der Abstellplatz für unsere E Bikes war nicht das ,was wir erwartet haben . Wenn man eine Ferienwohnung betreibt,sollte man auch das Gesamtbild im Auge haben.

Die Ferienwohnung in Prem ( Lechbruck ) liegt in der Nähe von Füssen. Die Wohnung beinhaltet ein SZ,WZ mit offener Küche die alles beinhaltet, und einer Schlafcouch die eher für ein Kind von der Länge her geeignet ist. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche und Badewanne. Ein Balkon (Schatten) mit Blick in den Garten. Leider nicht auf die Berge. Ansonsten sehr nette Vermieter die im unteren Wohnen. Unweit der Wohnung befinden sich Supermarkt und Tankstelle.

Sehr schöner Allgäuurlaub

Unser Urlaub war perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung war für uns genau richtig. Sie hatte alles was wir benötigten, war geräumig und hell, sauber und gemütlich.Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und starteten von hier aus unsere Ausflüge.Füssen ist 20km entfernt also sehr zentral um alles zu erreichen.Die Umgebung und der Nachbarort Lechbrück einfach wunderschön zum wandern und radfahren. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und willkommen.Auch war es sehr ruhig, sodass wir uns sehr gut erholt haben.Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Erkundung Allgäu

Die FeWo war für 2 Personen von der Größe ideal.Der Balkon bis zum späten Nachmittag schön schattig. Vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster befinden sich 2 Holzluken, die die Hitze sehr gut abhalten. Die FeWo liegt ruhig. Leider gibt es seit diesem Jahr keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( außer am Freitagnachmittag die Bio Bäckerei) mehr. Dafür noch 2 Gaststätten.

Wir wurden sehr nett von Frau Gärtner empfangen und haben gleich die sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung besichtigt.Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage um schöne Wanderungen und Ausflüge zu planen und machen. Die Gatsgeber sind sehr freundlich und nett. Besonders zu empfehlen sind die frischen Frühstückseier aus eigener Haltug. Ich würde diese Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
