Designed and custom-made in wood in 2025 with quality materials, it can accommodate up to 5 people, including a maximum of 3 adults, this accommodation offers a warm and friendly setting ideal for families seeking relaxation.
In a secure, green and intimate space of 22 pitches at the Gardens of IĂde, unique on the island of OlĂ©ron by its ecological approach and its concept of atypical wooden constructions.
The interior will seduce you with its functional layout, careful decoration and comfort. Two bedrooms allow for peaceful rest: one bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed and a trundle bed. Air conditioning in the living room guarantees moments of coolness during hot days, while electric radiators will ensure your comfort during cooler periods.
The American kitchen, fully equipped, will delight cooking enthusiasts. You will find all the necessary equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, filter coffee machine, microwave, induction hob. It is a space with a view of the garden and direct access to the terrace. The adjoining living room has a sofa with a chaise longue as well as a television. The accommodation is equipped with wifi. The toilet is separate from the bathroom for more comfort.
Outside, a 30mÂČ wooden terrace awaits you, with its garden furniture offering a privileged relaxation space. A shared barbecue of the brazier type, adjacent to a relaxation and play area, invites moments of sharing and conviviality. An outdoor car park nearby completes the services of this accommodation.
Some practical details: the rental does not allow pets and groups of young people are not permitted. Bed and household linen available at an additional cost.
