Summary:
This gorgeously remodeled 1900 condo in the heart of the Victorian Historic District offers all of the comfort of modern amenities while maintaining many of it's original historic features! The grand, exposed trusses and original fireplace immediately grabs your attention when you walk in, offering the perfect conversation piece. Nestled just 2.5 blocks from Forsyth Park in a fairly residential neighborhood, this gem offers a great night's rest yet just a quick walk to everything that Savannah has to offer. With a huge private balcony right off the master bedroom, and a large courtyard just behind the house, you'll never run out of space to lounge and enjoy a good book. Perfect for a short getaway or even to set up and work remotely from "home," this unit is everything you've been looking for and more, you will not want to pass this up!

The Space:
Though the photos speak for themselves, the condo is generously spacious, offering a huge kitchen with a quartz-topped island that's big enough to cook a Thanksgiving dinner on! The private master bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of space to sit and read. Just through the French doors, you'll find the huge, private balcony perfect to sit and have coffee in the morning or perhaps a little night cap after a long day in the town. The spacious bathroom covered in herringbone tile has a double vanity sink and a full tile shower, offering plenty of room to get ready without getting in each other's way!
Guest Access:
You have full access to the entire condo, front balcony and rear courtyard. Just be respectful when in the rear courtyard as it is shared with the bottom unit (full-time resident) who is extremely friendly and easy-going :) You also have one free parking space in the rear behind the courtyard fence, but it's just as easy to pull up in the front of the house as well :)
The Neighborhood:
We are in the heart of the Historic Victorian District, just 2.5 blocks west of Forsyth Park (on Park Ave). We are a stones throw away from some awesome local bars and restaurants like Local 11ten, Betty Bombers, Sentient Bean, and Cuban Window Cafe and many more!! You really can't beat this location with the proximity to the park. and only being 1.2 miles to the heart of it all - Bay Street, River Street, City Market, etc. This is a nice, quiet area of town where you can get plenty of sleep yet be in the hustle and bustle in an instant!
Getting Around:
Though you can pretty much walk to everything, there's a FREE trolley that you can pick up at the top of the park (3 blocks away) called the DOT shuttle. It runs all through the Historic District and makes it easy to hop on and off at many popular sight-seeing destinations. There is also a new system in Savannah called The Downtowner which is essentially a FREE "uber" to where you need to go! Once you book with us we can provide you with more information :)
Other Things to Note:
The backyard/courtyard is a shared space with the bottom unit owner, who is very respectful of your privacy and super easy/going! This unit is on the 2nd floor, so you will need to walk up a flight of stairs when you walk in the front door.
