Overlooking one of America’s most beautiful streets, Jones Street, this newly renovated suite has been impeccably finished and furnished with selections that capture the essence of luxury living in the lowcountry. Located in one of the Historic District’s most sought-after neighborhoods, it offers all the most popular amenities, in addition to a truly unbeatable location. You and your party will enjoy scenic strolls beneath the majestic oak trees draped in Spanish Moss, and a full width terrace that offers views of the stunning sunrises and sunsets along the picturesque skyline.

Guests enter the split-level home on the main floor, greeted by the grand all brick exterior. Upon entering Spanish Moss on the third level, guests will step straight into the living space which captures the essence of luxury living, with beautiful custom appointments, plush furniture, stunning works from local artists, and generous ceiling height. The dining area accommodates up to four Lucky guests for an intimate home-cooked or catered meal. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, fitted with high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and an expansive kitchen island. Prepare your favorite dishes and hand-crafted cocktails while overlooking the open floor plan and ability to keep the conversation flowing. Off of the kitchen, a full-width terrace offering year-round indoor/outdoor living where you can catch those Savannah sunrises and sunsets.

The primary suite, with grand south-facing windows that wash the room with natural light, overlooks Jones Street. Featuring a plush king-size bed, a state-of-the-art ensuite bathroom, and a custom walk-in closet with built-ins for all your belongings. The living room sofa also features a high-end king pull-out bed, perfect for additional guests or traveling singles.

Step into the shared courtyard, where there is an ample amount of seating for everyone. The courtyard is truly an oasis; featuring luxury Castelle furniture and a fire table for your enjoyment. We loved our stay on Jones Street and this property is very charming with the decor and ambiance. The location is amazing and is close to Forsyth Park as well as many wonderful shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely comfortable clean & Quaint place perfect for walking historical Savannah. Parking spot was reserved for us but due to 3 units and only 2 spaces for parking we did have 2 incidents with another tenant taking our spot and the cleaning crew for Lucky Savannah also helped themselves to our spot while cleaning another unit. Staff on hand attempted to help but was unable to tell us who the drivers were. Took a bit of time figuring it out but it is still much better than finding parking every time you leave. I would definitely come back again to this place and this beautiful city.

1st Retirement Trip

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us as we love walking to Forsyth Park, restaurants, the river and historic sections. We left the car at the parking spot the entire time! The home was beautiful and very comfortable! Would certainly stay again!

Excellent location / beautiful property

Perfect location to explore Savannah on foot. Retail shopping was less than 35 feet away. Directly across the street from Mrs Wilkes. Walked to Forsyth Park fountain and Clarys in less than 5 minutes. Behind the building parking and back entrance was an added bonus.

Lovely condo in the heart of Savannah. Quiet street. It’s up two flights of stairs on third floor. Decorations are beautiful and the furnishings were stylish and comfortable.

The terrace with the sofa, chairs and table for 6 was wonderful for early morning coffee, or evening drinks. The church bells and view of roof tops even provides a 'Paris-like' experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here, even with the Savannah stairs. Great location, just on the edge of the historic area and with off street parking!

There are some fabulous restaurants here in Savannah too and we were able to walk to all of them - super convenient. The private parking space is so good too - we only needed to use the car once to get to Bonaventure Cemetary - so the parking was much appreciatedOverall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Location! Location! And a parking spot!

Very special place, right across from Ms. Wilkes restaurant. Included parking spot was a must, as we were traveling with long Sprinter Van, and were concerned with having to locate an on street nearby location. The unit is beautifully decorated, with extra details (robes and extra toiletries if you forgot a toothbrush or razor.) Only surprise was the 4th floor unit above us was getting restored during our visit. The workers started around 9 am to 4 pm most days, when we were away sight seeing. I am grateful that people have invested in restoring Savannah! Check out the Mercer House tour to appreciate that also.

There are two sets of stairs required to access the unit both from the front (one exterior and one interior) and from the back parking area (both exterior). Carrying luggage up the stairs might be difficult for some. We were in need of a few items upon check-in, but the property manager responded quickly with what we needed. We were very satisfied and would stay here again.

Pros - Good location for walking to various squares and restaurants. Nice to have a parking space. Comfortable bed, sofa and decent bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Access through front entrance is easier and less steep than rear. Cons - Advertised as having a "Private Terrace" - no, it does not. The people above access the stairs to get up and down and smoke at the foot of our stairs so no privacy. Only One robe - seriously? Very thin walls and ceiling - everything - EVERYTHING - can be heard from the suite above. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Also, the streaming service is non-existent. Cleaning service should do "last look" prior to check ins as dead palmetto bugs were on the floor in dining and kitchen. Being from Charleston, we were not freaked out by these, but others may be. Would we stay here again? No. Would we book with this company again? Probably not. Priced too high for amount of "Cons".

We’re sorry the unit fell short — the terrace privacy issue, smoking at the stair landing, only one robe, thin walls/noise, streaming failures, and the palmetto bugs you found should not have been your experience. We’ll take a look at clarifying the terrace access and privacy, remind guests of our no‑smoking policy and add signage, increase robe inventory, inspect and upgrade the streaming equipment, reinforce cleaning’s “last look” procedures and pest control, and evaluate sound mitigation where possible. Our 24/7 guest services are available during stays to address items like extra robes, streaming help, cleaning, or noise concerns right away. We appreciate the feedback and will use it to improve.
