Although, we highly recommend the use of ride share because this listing is very centrally located to everything in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Between the trashy alleyway behind our unit, the constant noise and disrepair with several items in the house. I was not very impressed with our stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Mycket strandnära

Läget nära stranden mycket bra. Sängarna mycket bra. Lägenheten saknade utrustning för fyra personer, tex fanns det endast tre stolar och även bestick fattades. Den tillhörande parkeringen var ofta upptagen vilket skapade lite bekymmer men husvärden löste detta men det tog lite tid och energi. Men läget nära havet var värt en hel del

Great time

We loved it there. You are in walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping, Etc. It was very clean and the check-in process was super easy. I had to contact the property owner because I forgot the code to the door and he answered on the first ring and was extremely nice. Overall great place to stay.

Great inside, not the best outside...

Inside property was nice and clean. Hulu tv, great balcony. Beds very comfortable, washer and dryer for use is great. Many spring breakers where staying in all other units and so could hear doors slamming until 3am, people running past windows. If you have a pet and or need to sleep it will be very broken up. Food open late within walking distance. Property is about 1.5 miles north of many restaurants and shops, easy cart ride if you can catch one downstairs. Overall good place to stay, but the neighbors may lessen the experience, as well as trash in alley, raccoons, and spring break partier vomit on the ground.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Walk across the street and you’re on the beach. Plenty of restaurants along the way. Easy to park at back. Unit was very spacious and fairly clean. Laundry facilities was a bonus. Also had beach chairs and towels. Would stay there again.

Fun location! close to the liquor store so some homeless hang around but the whole apartment was so clean and in a great location to the beach and all of the delicious food just across the street

Beach is close but not a family atmosphere due to the bars next door.

The condo was nice and clean although the parking situation was not good with only 1 spot and back by bar. The bar patrons were loud until early morning hours so not a family atmosphere. For those reasons, the nightly cost was to high.
