Spectacular 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Oceanfront Condo with Breathe Taking Views in the Jasmine Building of North Beach Towers. Short Walkway to Several Pools and the Beach / Ocean. The Hampton floor plan features 9' ceilings, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, Master Bath with tub and shower, and an Expansive Balcony. Decorated to Make You Feel at Home as Soon as You Arrive.
The Kitchen is Fully Loaded just Like Our Personal Home. Lighting is All Upgraded.
The Balcony is Large, Furnished & Amazing.

Plenty of Free Parking (parking pass required, we provide) in Bldg Next Door to Our Home. We are located in the Jasmine Tower & Parking Garage Right Next Door in Indigo Tower.

During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday or Sunday at 3:00 pm until the following Saturday or Sunday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.

Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental with a 3 night minimum (we do have a cleaning fee).
We do have weekly/monthly rates available in the off season.

My husband and I visited Myrtle Beach for the first time. The condo is beautiful, just like in the pictures. It has a perfect location with amazing pool and ocean views. All the essentials are available in the condo. Plenty of restaurants and activities all within a short drive. We will definitely plan to visit Myrtle Beach again and would not hesitate to stay here.

Overall, the unit and resort itself is a 10 out of 10 John and Terry are the most nicest and accommodating host that I’ve ever dealt with while dealing with VRBO. They went above and beyond trying to help us. The unit was exactly as as advertised. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean upon our arrival. The only complaint I have is the pool staff. If there was a storm within 15 miles they closed the pools. When the pools opened back up, the swim up bar never reopened and the towel stand remained closed as well. I tried to bring something to drink with me and the staff said I wasn’t allowed and told me to go up to 3rd floor bar. Also, if we were trying to go to the beach and had a cooler and rolling cart, then the pool staff would make you walk all the way around the building, which was a major inconvenience for us. With all that being said, I would still give this a 10 out of 10 mainly because of John and Terry’s hospitality.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at John and Terri’s “Second Home” and would give it our highest recommendation. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was incredibly easy and stress-free, which set the tone for a relaxing trip. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. You can tell the owners take great pride in making sure guests are comfortable. One of our favorite parts was the stunning view—waking up to the beach and pool right outside the balcony was truly something special. The direct access to both the beach and the pools made it so convenient, especially for families.The pools were fantastic—clean, spacious, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful extras the owners provided. Having beach chairs available was a huge bonus, and the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the cleanliness, location, amenities, and those unbeatable views, we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and easy getaway.

Family Beach Vacation

Great spot to stay in Myrtle. Very nice condo room that doesn’t disappoint. The condo gave enough space for our 4 person family to feel like we were at home. Would definitely recommend!
