Myrtle beach road trip, 2019.

A completely wonderful and hassle free rental Experience! Amber is a treasure! The accommodations were second to none and the location perfect for access to the best MB has to offer. We will definitely stay here on our next family vacation to MB!

This place was incredible. Unbeatable ocean views, super clean, kitchen and beach gear with everything we needed including fun kid stuff, multiple balconies, indoor pool was always empty, and both our young kids SLEPT great. Couldn't have had a better time!

Thanksgiving Getaway

After traveling from NJ to NC and SC for five days visiting colleges, my family of four needed a place to relax for Thanksgiving before driving back home. This townhome was absolutely perfect. The private balconies and the view are a great way to watch the sunset/rise. Very close and easy to get to beach. Home had everything we needed to make a low key Thanksgiving dinner. Very clean and up to date ! Great communication with quick responses!

Beautiful bougie penthouse!

Very pretty penthouse right on the beach. Down with extended family for a Top Gun Softball tournament. So easy in and out. Easy beach and indoor pool access. Lots of family and family groups in the building. What a great place to relax in after hours at the softball field!! Dip in the pool, swim in the ocean, take out, relaxing on the balconies. Great experience!

Beautiful Place on the Ocean

We booked a weekend to take my 82 year old father to the beach. Somehow i got stuck making the reservation for my siblings. Well, i also got the praise for the excellent job i did in selecting this place! This is a beautiful condo and its incredible that three of the bedrooms have views of the ocean/ beach. The owners were also very prompt in responding. I give them an A plus! I really cant think of any improvements that could be made. We had a wonderful time - its walking distance to Barefoot Landing and close to good restaurants and shopping. . Also if you are there on a Sunday visit Barefoot Church - barefootchurch.com is their website. Its a great Christian Church and less than 10 minutes from the condo. ( there are stairs in the condo going between the two floors - but my father is in great health so it wasnt a problem. There is obviously an elevator that gets you to the 7th floor ( 2 of them) and plenty of carts / shopping carts to haul your stuff. (p.s. i hate spending time writing reviews but i really needed to for this place ! )

Great family getaway!

The 3 large bedrooms all with en-suites were great for getting our family together! Having balconies facing the ocean off every room was also fantastic. The second family/game/toy room was great for the kids where they could play and the adults could relax in other living/family room. Thanks Amber, we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous!!

We just returned from our trip to North Myrtle Beach and we stayed in this gorgeous penthouse. The décor was beautiful and stylish. All the furniture, bedding, and appliances were top notch and made with excellent quality. Management was super attentive and great to work with. We are so looking forward to booking with beautiful home again soon! Thanks Amber for everything!

Beautiful property with everything you need to make your vacation perfect. Amber was great to work with. Very responsive to all my questions. We had no issues while there so that made everything that much more relaxing. I would definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed our family celebration at this Beautiful Penthouse.

The Penthouse was beautiful and very toddler/kid friendly. We we having a 2nd Birthday/Family celebration for my grandaughter. It was convenient to everything. Our 2 yr old granddaughter loved the visit at Alligator Adventure with all the animals. It was less than 5 minutes away. She also enjoyed the indoor pool and toys at the Penthouse. My husband's oncology appt. didn't go too well yesterday and he starts a new stronger chemo in 2 weeks so we are thankful for the memories that we were able to make there. The owner Amy was great we quick responses and very happy. I was disappointed when I got a last minute text to let us know that our late check out was no longer available because they had rented the penthouse overnight. We had to scramble to pack and leave before the cleaning people got there. I had confirmed a late check out again on Sat. And was told that we had all day because the cleaning people didnt work on Sundays unless they had to and it wasn't rented but it got rented overnight apparently. That may have been our last family Vacation to make memories. That was very disappointing but the accommodations were beautiful and communication was great until the last night. We lost an hour too because it was day light savings time. I would definitely recommend this beautiful Penthouse but don't count on a late check out. We had planned our last day there based on late check out due to weather and my husbands health issues.

We had a great time we stayed the weekend but we really wished we could’ve stayed longer. Everything was perfect and very spacious.. Will definitely recommend to anyone and we will be staying again! Thanks again for the perfect bday gift my daughter really enjoyed it!

Very Nice Condo - Highly recommend

We really enjoyed the condo and the owner, Amber, was very helpful. We had some trouble connecting to the WiFi and she responded to our text within a few minutes...they had a new internet provider - great speed and no issues once we had the correct login. Plenty of room, great view and amenities. Everything was clean and well cared for...we would definitely stay here again!

The property is gorgeous!

The condo is decorated beautifully and it is extremely clean. It is well kept. We had a few issues but the owners were "second to none" in handling the situation! My family had a nice time. We would definitely rent this place again.

Our big celebration!

This condo is beautiful! We chose it to celebrate our 25th anniversary, my parents 47th anniversary and our youngest son's 19th birthday and this condo did not disappoint! We had 7 in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. The 3 oceanfront bedrooms are the best! Amber is wonderful and very quick to respond. Thanks Amber for a wonderful and beautiful vacation!

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful unit!

The location was great! The unit was very spacious and updated. The huge balconies were used by our family every single day! It was a quiet, family friendly place to stay. Amber was very quick to respond too! We definitely recommend staying in this beautiful unit! Thanks Amber for allowing our family to stay in your home! We had the best vacation making so many wonderful memories together!

Beautiful!

My family enjoyed our week in the penthouse. It was spacious and had room for everyone. The deck furniture is wonderful and relaxing. The ocean view was just what we were looking for. I loved having the beverage refrigerator in addition to a very large one. The kitchen is awesome, we ate in the entire week. The table seats 8 and was a great bonding time for us. My son loved the media room. The walk to the beach is very short. They have extra chairs and sand toys so less to pack! The Wifi is not strong and the bedroom TV's are challenging to navigate. We plan to stay here again in the future, great choice!

Great Owner and Great Condo With Caveats

The condo itself is beautiful and spacious and the location is great! Also, Amber is a joy to work with and very responsive. Additionally, the condo is outfitted in every room with a TV for the kiddos, which comes in handy. However, the Tv in one of the rooms did not work while we were there (no biggee). Also, One of the days it rained and there were multiple leaks through the skylights and in through one of the sliding glass doors...and when I say leaks, I mean leak like a sieve (this was a bummer and I kinda felt like I was in an episode of "Gilligan's Island"). Additionally, we killed 2 very large cockroaches in the main living areas during our stay (can be expected at a condo at the beach, but I haven't encountered this problem at other condos of a similar price point). Last thing. The property managers at the property don't seem to maintain the grounds that regularly. Someone dropped multiple parts of a sticky fruit near the entrance and parts of that fruit lasted around the entrance for days. The unfortunate thing is that probably all of the things, other than the TV not working, that I have mentioned are probably building maintenance issues and no fault of the owner who as I mentioned, was GREAT to work with. I would still give the property 4 stars and will not hesitate to visit again.

Diva's Marathon Trip

Several of my friends came to Myrtle Beach to run the Diva's Half Marathon. From the beginning of the experience to the very end, it was completely phenomenal. I rarely leave reviews unless the experience exceeds my expectations. This trip did that and more. The penthouse was beautiful, spacious, accommodating and very comfortable. The best part was that Amber was very responsive and incredibly sweet. It feels great to know that if there are issues, she is there to answer questions and is very interested in your comfort. The home was simply amazing!
